  My experience with Mobile Mechanic was a rollercoaster ride of emotions, primarily due to the abysmal customer service provided by the owner, ******. The entire experience was overshadowed by ******** unprofessional conduct.The initial engine replacement process, while ultimately successful, was plagued by delays and errors that extended the repair timeline significantly. However, it was ******** subsequent communication and actions that truly soured the experience. Throughout the ordeal, he consistently interrupted conversations, shifted blame onto others, and refused to acknowledge any responsibility for the ongoing issues with my vehicle.The entire process was unnecessarily prolonged due to a series of miscommunications, scheduling conflicts, and repeated disputes with ****** regarding additional fees for towing and diagnostics. This was particularly frustrating given that I had already paid for the initial engine replacement and was essentially being held hostage by ******** unreasonable demands.******** behavior escalated to the point where he resorted to personal insults when I questioned the validity of his additional charges. This blatant disrespect for a paying customer was the final straw, leading me to consider legal action to recoup the additional costs and compensate for the undue stress and inconvenience caused by his actions.In the end, the repairs were completed thanks to the intervention of one of the mechanics, who was clearly embarrassed by ******** behavior and offered a compromise to resolve the financial dispute. While I am grateful to this mechanic for his professionalism and willingness to help, the overall experience left a bitter taste in my mouth.I would caution anyone considering Mobile Mechanic to be prepared for a potentially adversarial and frustrating experience with the owner, ****** the company's customer service leaves much to be desired, and ******** unprofessional conduct is a significant liability.

  If I could give no stars I would!!! Charged me almost $200 to come look at my car. They sent a guy named **** out. When he got here he couldnt figure out why my ac wasnt working. Had to get back to me the next day after he talked to Audi about the code. I couldnt get a hold of him on his number after that. I had to call the company number through his boss each time. Took them three days to MISDIAGNOSE MY CAR!!!! I spent $200 at the dealership because the part was only a dealer item then they could never give me a price on the labor OR A DATE THAT HE COULD COME FIX IT! I then had to pay someone else to come tell me what was actually wrong with the car, then paid a shop to fix it. Once I told the owner that I had it handle, he then talked down on the guy I had come and diagnose it. Calling him a meth mechanic and so forth. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DOES NOT KNOW CARS AT ALL !! Please do not use this company. THE COMPANY SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM WHEN SPEAKING TO THWM BECAUSE THEY ARE!!! HUGE SCAM!!!!

  Charged me ****** to come look at my car then ended up finding out I didn't need my hoes replaced so I am out of ****** that I really didn't have in the first place I could of went to my regular shop and they would of only charged me ***** to look at it if all je was gonna do was come out for 10mims and tell me he don't see nothing I am a single mom on a fixed income that just got taken advantage of don't call these people go to a regular shop that only charges 30 to ***** just to look at your car and nothing more !!!!!
