    Very easy patio door replacement from start to finish. Came early, done in 2 hours, and were cleaned up and gone leaving us with a beautiful new door.

    excellent job at doing my windows and they cleaned up everything.
    there was one window that was a little too big, but they were able to fix that, and it looked better than before.

    We were a previous customer of B&R to replace half of our windows. We returned and decided to finish our window project for the rest of our house with Builders & Remodelers. Different installation crew this time & the job was sloppy. Caulking wasnt neat like the previous installers, the wrong window was ordered, they didnt put in tempered glass where they should have leading to a failed inspection, crew didnt clean up after themselves, damaged wood on our window frames, and getting customer service to contact you back takes an extreme effort - they NEVER call you back, you ALWAYS have to call them back. Good luck trying to actually find a manager to help also. Multiple other issues. Taking them to court to resolve this. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE THEM AGAIN. Very very very dissatisfied and disappointed.
