In November our grocery store advertised a wine estates offer promotion where if you purchased a certain amount/specific kind of wine and groceries, you would receive a $75 rebate. I later discovered the promotion was through a third party, Arrowhead. I fulfilled the terms of the promotion and submitted my claim for the rebate on November 20, 2023. I first emailed and inquired about the status of my rebate on Dec 2, 2023. I received a response that my submission was still in the initial processing stages, and advising me that it could take up to 8 weeks from submission to receive my rebate. I emailed a second time on January 31, **** and inquired about my rebate since it had been 10 weeks since my submission with no additional communication from Arrowhead. I received a response that my submission was processed, but that my rebate had still not been sent. I was told Please allow a bit more time for your reward email to come through with no timeframe for when the rebate will be sent. I have waited longer than the time frame listed in both the promotions fine print or in the email response from Arrowhead, with no resolution. I want to receive my $75 rebate from Arrowhead immediately.Business Response

We purchased Crimson Trace products from Cabela's. We were supposed to receive a $50 debit card as part of their rebate program.We were denied the rebate due to we didn't prove that we had received the item, even though they received confirmation that the package was delivered. I sent all the receipts, the barcode from the box, etc... They didn't include a packing slip so i couldn't send a copy of that. I had to call and ask why were denied and the person from ******************************** said since i didn't send a picture of the items, we were disqualified. I had to file a complaint and send two other emails, with attachments in order to get any response.The rebate card was supposed to be for $50 and it was for $25. I called again and was told another card would be sent in three weeks. No card. I sent an email and they said they sent it via email. No they didn't. No email has been sent from ********************************. I would like the company to send us our remaining $25 rebate.Business Response

As we noted in our previous communications. We have send the additional $25.00 via digital payment in email. That email is from our digital prepaid card vendor, not @apfco.com, but rather the same email address the first card was received from @prepaiddigitalsolutions.com.
This offer has now closed, and unfortunately we are unable to provide additional customer service for this offer at APF. Any further concerns can be brought to the Crimson Trace customer service team at ************.

General ***** was offering a promotion through this company that if you buy 10 General ***** products on the list you would receive a $25 rebate through Paypal or Venmo. I purchased 10 items, following the list closely to make sure they qualified. I then submitted the rebate form along with the copy of my receipt on Home Appetit website, which is facilitated by Arrowhead Promotion. This past week I received a rebate from Arrowhead through my PayPal account, but it was only for $10. On the website for Home Appetit there is no phone number or contact to dispute this. I then figured out that Arrowhead is the facilitator of this promotion and tried to contact them. The number listed for them is answered by someone who says I have the wrong number (this number is the same one listed on this BBB website). So it seems I will not be able to get the correct amount of rebate, which made my purchases worthwhile in the first place.Business Response

Applied for a rebate from Elanco on 9/3/22 per instructions for Interceptor Plus purchased 8/31/22. Several days later received an email from Arrowhead that I had to also register with their company and furnish additional info in order to received the $6 rebate. They issued a "check" that they said to print and deposit at my bank. My bank refused the check and stated "non negotiable item." I tried contacting Arrowhead through their site but continue to receive the message "there is a problem with your request, please do not hesitate to contact us." Also not able to contact them on phone.This is a ridiculous process to go through for $6.00. I don't expect to get my rebate, but want to let others know about this company's ethics.Business Response

The iRcheck complies with the *************** System Regularion CC as a non-cash item. This type of check must pass all the same stringent banking deposit regulations and processes that a traditional deposit goes through. We welcome banks to call us toll free at **************. We will answer any questions they may have regarding the iRcheck, our bank account, our bank or anything they need to help them understand that this technology is totally safe and legitimate. A bank can search the National Reference Database to verify our bank account exists. Note: they must search in the National Reference Database and not the Wire Transfers or Direct Deposit/Automated Clearing House (ACH) database.
In order to fulfill payment, I've cancelled the iRcheck # ****** and will be sending a standard paper check as a replacement to be received within **** business days. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
