      Slow company. Sent me a fishing pole through winston rewards and it arrived broken. Finally got what I redeemed my points for but it took 5 months. Just redeemed some of my points for a 25 dollar e-gift card. All virtual gift card and the info for it can take up to 2 weeks.... why? It should be instant. There isn't an actual product involved that needs shipping. Just give me the info for the gift card.
