  This place dont get any stars after the way they have treated me , its very place when it comes to business Very rude will lie so unprofessional Had an accident hit from behind , car got towed from a private property had to contact jakes auto mall to help locate the vehicle the next day they put repo on the car went to pick it up I called to get the amount of the tow was told they dont get receipt for 30 days the company tried to work with Jakes Auto to pay for impound fee later for a month the insurance company also tried to contact jacks for damages that was made to the car they told the insurance company it was no damage I have proof of the car and 3 different partys including Jakes Auto mall I been calling and calling to later find they put the car on my credit report when I had two different people trying to pay and fix the car jakes auto mall was giving both companies a hard time they also refinance the vehicle 2 times all not reported car was in accident and a claim I was told the car was auction off to finding out they refinance it and the person had for a month and bring back I got two different amount on my credit reports this place is not good at all they will cut your car off they will put insurance on your car and not tell you I havent received not one insurance car its a 3rd insurance company the service is so horrible and the lady **** is a rude bully and disrespectful I have all the proof I need this place needs to be closed down they blocked my number I still havent gotten this matter resolved I was paying 400 month plus insurance for a old car with high miles .. They all work together in that office Just want to kno why I cant never speak to jakes or anyone else thats ask for him Its a lot more to speak on this matter This is a horrible place for business

  This place is sketchy and will lower your credit! I got a Rav4 from them back in 2021.. the vehicle is great and has been reliable.. that's not the problem.. the problem is that I was good to them, I made my payment on time, never had complaints about my vehicle and always had full coverage on my vehicle. They closed my account on December 1st of 2023.. when my last payment wasn't till January 30th of ****.. this caused my credit score to go down, when paying it off a month early should have raised my credit score. Not to mention they did a money grab by doing an insurance audit.. which cool fine but they text everyone to send in proof of insurance but did tell anyone that the number they text from "doesn't get pictures" and it needed to be emailed it. So they added insurance to my account.. because of their lack of communication skills.

  DONT FINANCE A TRICYCLE WITH THIS COMPANY Dont be confused this finance company IS the finance company for Jakes AutoMall ************************** I have been working with ******************** with my **** Jeep Liberty.I lost my job and kept in touch with ***** to advise them of the situation. I wasnt even in possession of the vehicle due to it being in the shop with a repair that ****'s said they would cover. I advised them that I lost my job and would have a payment into them. ***** kept stating that my account was not secure but *****/Supreme had my **** Jeep Liberty in their possession the entire time so how could my account not be secure they had the financed Jeep liberty in their possession. ******************** stated I refused to pick up the vehicle, however I spoke with ******* at *******'s ********, who said the vehicle wouldnt start when they tried to move it. I had been remotely shut down by ***** I just received a letter on 11/14/2023 in the mail dated 11/7/2023 stating that I had to get the total amount due by 11/21/2023 to avoid having the vehicle auctioned off. Page 3 of the retail contract stated the notice needs to be made at least 10 days prior to sale, I received it short time notice. I made an offer to get $350 in by 11/21/2023 and $350 on the 5th and 20th (my pay dates) until I was caught up. It was refused by text coming from ***************'s number. I was then told that the amount needed by 10:00 AM on 11/21/2023 was $1000 then it was $800. They are unwilling to work with a customer who is still interested in the piece of JUNK I stupidly bought JUST DONT USE ***** TO BUY A CAR OR SUPREME SOLUTIONS FOR FINANCE

  I bought a mercury Milan. I test drove it in the winter time. When I drove it. Everything seemed to be fine I thought it just was sitting for a while. A week or two later when I get an oil change they informed me the brakes were metal on metal. I told Supreme solutions they agreed to replace the brakes but they end up just doing the back brakes although both sets need to be replaced. A month later as Im moving my car because of the snow emergency. my gas pedal gets stuck and is driving in its own without stopping. I had to pull over and put it in park while cars were behind me. The car was still going until I pulled the gas pedal out. Ive been scared to drive it since. I called jakeautomall aka supreme solutions but I couldnt get a hold of anyone for 2 days. Then when someone finally answered I told them my concern, she said shell call me back and never called back but texted me and said that I have to go get it checked out and paid for by myself cause its consumer payable. I recommend them to nobody. They take advantage of people looking to get a quick solution to getting a car.
