    Polaris RZR went down (broke) in August for bad fuel pump and injectors. Machine is under warranty and has been in shop waiting for fuel injectors due to being on back order. Currently been in shop (**************, **) now for 3 months going on month # 4! Just talked to Polaris today and they are saying that I will still be unable to get my machine back for another 5 months at least as the parts are now on back order till March maybe April! Unacceptable practice as they are offering no additional help, compensation or interim resolution.

    I purchased a 2022 Polaris Titan Adventure 155 from a local dealership this summer/fall. Since then Polaris has issued a STOP-RIDE notice. This means if I start it and it catches fire then the warranty is VOID. I have called the dealership and they are waiting to get repair kits for my brand which they said I am the only one on their list for this ******* called Polaris and they do not know when the repair kits will be sent to dealership and said dealership would know. How would dealership know when Polaris doesn't even know when they themselves are shipping the repair kits to dealerships.Polaris continues to build new sleds with the correct equipment and those that bought a sled prior to STOP-RIDE are being put on the back burner while Polaris continues to focus on NEW MACHINES off their factory line.Polaris did not say they would extend my warranty that I purchased while I sit and wait for them to send a repair kit to the dealership (********** - ***** **). Here I sit waiting if I am going to look at my sled in the garage this winter while Polaris continues to build NEW SLEDs on their manufacturer line.Any assistance would be great to get Polaris to prioritize the fixes to their machines ahead of building NEW SLEDS.Thank you.*************************

    My local dealership called me last Friday and said that Polaris had finally sent them the kit to fix my Polaris snowmobile.  I took it over to them and it is now fixed. This complaint can now be closed. Business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    I purchased a brand new 2019 Polaris. I also purchased the extended warranty the salesman insisted I purchased for an additional $1,699.00. I paid this Polaris off earlier this year. About a month ago it stoped running so I took it back to the location I had purchased it from seeing as I had purchased the extended warranty and its only been 3 years. This location has had my Polaris for approximately a month now. I was contacted today via voicemail. It stated that my warranty would not be covering the repairs needed for my $21,000 Polaris. That if I wanted this fixed I needed to pay out of picked another $10,000. Are kidding me???? What kind of scam you all running??? ********* ******************** **???? The solution to this situation would be to honor the warranty and fix my Polaris. I paid for the warranty !

    2019 Polaris Slingshot SLR with defective panel. Trim piece is falling off. Replace about 3 times and still happening. Their communication with dealers is very poor and they lack knowledge as well. It's as if they don't want to resolve the issue even it's within warranty period. I've wasted so many hours and wish that they could just send me the entire panel for me to fix it. I'm losing a lot of trust in Polaris along with all the local authorized dealerships in the area.

    I'm not wasting my time talking to incompetent representative. If you guys value customer loyalty, please send me the part to my residency and we can call it a day. I'm at a point where I have zero patients to work with the authorized dealer and your customer service. If not, more complaints will be filed.

    We bought a 2021 Polaris ranger northstar ultimate crew cab back in august of 21. Since then its been at the shop more then weve had it for more than one issue. We took it back to the dealer where we bought it repeatedly until I finally said enough and I had them come get it and bring it back the last few times. Still it hasnt been fixed. Polaris insisted we send it to an entirely different dealership which by the way is over two hours away one way. With the price of gas and the wear and tear on our truck and trailer it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Back a few months ago, Polaris finally gave us another year on our warranty(big deal) since the warranty will be half done by the time we get it back, Ive been faithfully making payments every month on a machine not only that I cant use but isnt even in our possession I cant believe we have no recourse but to **** it up which is what Polaris basically said to me this afternoon when I talked to ***** who is our case worker our case # is ******* We bought this beautiful machine to be able to take our grandaughters on the trails since they stay with us every summer. They had not one ride in our machine because it was in the shop mostly the entire summer. My husband and I work very hard for our money and cant afford much. This was something we were both excited to share with our family and its been the most horrible experience ever. I am a small business owner. If I treated my clients the way Polaris has treated us I would b out of business I do everything in my power to make sure my clients are happy and pleased. Im hoping somehow we can b compensated for the months of payments weve made with no machine. Thank you for listening to me. I appreciate it very much ********

    my slingshot has been at the shop for 1 month no resolutions on the problem unit has less than ***** miles on it.I need resolutions on my problem car is located at Broward motorsports located at *********************************************************************** the service rider is ***** he has been less than efficient on the matter. can you replace the unit if you guys don't want to do the Warraty work on it? can I get reimburstment on my rental as this is my way to get to work?

    I bought a polaris ranger **** side by side less than two yrs. ago and the prop shaft u joints are no good. those are a sealed unit and in most cases a u joint should last close to ******* miles. in my case Thay only lasted less than ****************************************************************************************** those joints. and I would like polaris to do the right thing and replace those u joints at no cost to me. I bought this at ********************. ***********************************************************

    I have a Polaris Slingshot that is under factory warranty. A claim was approved to replace my radio. 3 months has went by and the dealer nor customer service can get me an answer as to when and where it is. I cannot use the Slingshot without, I cannot sell the slingshot and I cannot rent out the slingshot. I am currently paying for a Slingshot that cannot be used. I am disgusted with the service of Polaris and been told lies for 3 months as to when it would be in. When asking dealer for updates, their suggestion was to trade it in for a lowball offer. I just want my radio replaced which has already been approved for the claim through the warranty. I think 3-4 months is plenty of time and I have been plenty patient. I will pursue legal recourse regarding this manner and begin to pay advertisements to create awareness of this injustice until this issue is resolved.

    I purchased a new *** on 4/29/2021. Polaris ************************************ January 2022. I took it to ******** in ******** ******* to be repaired. It is still there and they have attempted diagnostics and repairs several times. They cant figure it out. On 7/21/22 I contacted Polaris and filed a complaint. Case # *******. The representatives name is ****. He told me they wont replace the *** and I have to wait until its fixed to even discuss any compensation. I have been more than patient. I feel it has been long enough. They need to fix or replace my ***.
