      On March 2, I hired this company to detail my vehicle. The package I choose was Gold Interior service stated that they would hand wash vehicle, clay *** the painted surfaces, hand dry vehicle, and wax all painted surface. then would clean and shine tires and windows. For the inside of the vehicle, they would clean the carpet, car mats, shine all plastic interior, wipe and shine dash, clean the trunk. Finally, I paid for the extra deep clean of odors inside the vehicle as well. That service was an additional 45 dollars.After the job was done, i noticed the car was never clay ***'d, never hand dried, and only spots of the pant were waxed. The trunk was never wiped down, only vacuumed, the inside seats were never cleaned for the seat covers were never removed, the front and rear inside glass was never cleaned, and I was charged an extra 50 dollars for dog hair cleaning. At no time did he use any brushes to clean dog hair from seats or carpet. The plastic inside vehicle was never shined at all. This service was poorly done and I would either like to have them do it again and done right by their advertisement, or return half of the money paid to them for the service completed. Furthermore, their service was terrible and I would not recommend them at all. I have a house camera witnessing the entire job being conducted and everything I mentioned above is shown on my home camera.

      We did not do this service.  We are a Car Wash & Detail Center in ********* - we do not offer the services the customer mentioned in his complaint.

      November 30,2023 I paid the business $89.57 total and about $60-63 for a diagnosis on what the issue was for my vehicle. I got a misdiagnosis saying I needed more repairs than needed. The dealer took advantage of me for being a young female and thought I did not know about cars. I took it to another auto repair shop and paid $500 less for the repairs. I was told I need an outer tie rod along with an alignment and recalibration which I did not need any of these things. I changed the inner tie rod and that took care of all my problems. This company lied to me to make extra money. The business has not tried to resolve the problem because they claim I had agreed to the diagnosis. Other dealers and auto shops don't charge for a diagnosis number 1. however I got a misdiagnosis, it was mainly incorrect and they lied to me.

      The customer brought their vehicle in because they slid into a curb. We suggested an inner tie rod with an alignment and steering angle reset (since she hit a curb.) We suggested the outer tie rod due to no labor and the curb impact to the driver front wheel. The customer and her father declined the *********************** we recommended.

      We charged the customer for $64.90 for diagnosis and $20 to balance their driver front tire.

      This customer has never reached out to us regarding any problems or questions about their diagnosis. We stand behind our diagnosis and suggested repairs.  We have been in business for 52 years because customer satisfaction is very important to us.  We are happy to discuss our diagnosis with the customer.

       I am rejecting this response because:
      They are continuing to lie and if they cared about their customers they wont steal, lie and take advantage of them. I did not contact the business with questions or concerns because I had already said that $720 for the estimate was ridiculous. I hardly agreed to an accurate diagnosis not a misdiagnosis. When I was on the phone asking about the labor costs the guy stuttered once my father spoke to him and changed the number. The company is claiming that an outer rod would save labor costs yet the outer rod is as much a labor costs and requires more labor so where is the logic in that. The wheel adjustment they claim they did was hardly anything when I took it to another autoshop they said they hardly tried to fix that.
