      My daughter stopped at the Eden Prairie location to have a tire patched because of a nail and ended up having to buy 4 new tires because they told her they could not fix it and could not replace just 1 tire. She only had 25,000 on those tires. 15 months later she went there again to have a tire repaired and they told her she needed new tires again and that she needed her brakes replaced too. On the invoice is stated that her tires were at 4/32 but only had 16,000 miles on the new tires. She ended up taking her vehicle somewhere also and found out her brakes were all at 80% and her tires were at 8/32 and 6/32. I sent the CEO a letter but have not heard from him yet.
