      Completely lied to me about submitting a warranty claim on my behalf. I had to call the warranty to ask why the claim wasn’t covered. They said there was ZERO communication from the dealership. I called the dealership and they very quickly back stepped and made up an excuse. They have since had very poor communication on the issues and what will happen with the warranty. This is a $3000 ticket. Very disappointed in the service I’ve received

      I used to own a Jeep. Needed to purchase another vehicle. I was ignored when I said this. I walked out, went across the street and bought a Honda. Never deal with that Jeep dealership again.

      Have boughten multiple vehicles from Walser dealerships over the last 20yrs but the time for a change. Waste of time like going through a timeshare presentation.....found vehicle we were interested salesman gave us cash price with incentives off and tax license. We said we'd think it over went back 2 hrs later with cash, he said price would be a little bit more depending on what state charged. I said so like hundred or so and he said no not that much $15 or so. Well he comes back and acts like it's a done deal we're all happy. He goes through the extra undercoating rust proof warranty that extends it yrs etc that you pay extra for. While the 3 oil tire rotation that you get free turns out to be buy / pay for 3 get 3 free, so you pay for 3 then get 3. Then while their detailing getting it ready for us, he starts going over final payment. He starts scrolling on computer screen the $ he gave us comes up but it all of a sudden was $3000 more were like what ? The tax license all of a sudden weren't included in the price, but he had it in the copy he gave us earlier and I even asked now the tax license are in that $ he said yep and it showed it was included. After I said that he said do you have that copy and I said yes and showed him..he goes oh...like that's not a big deal. Don't know how dumb he thinks we are but $3000 more I would think anybody would notice that. Looks like a pretty consistent trend going with nothing but bad experiences.

      Recently bought a 2018 Ford Expedition from this dealership. Just have to say thank god I bought the warranty with this vehicle. It’s been about 9 months and I’m now on transmission number 3. I’ve only put a few thousand miles on the car and it’s completely taken a dump on me. Wouldn’t recommend buying any used vehicles from this dealership unless you enjoy replacing you transmissions every couple of months. Went in because I was just completely in disbelief that I’ve continuously have had to replace my transmission and I just got treated with some disrespect. I’ll keep y’all updated on how many more transmissions I need to put in my car. Probably going to need a new one in about 3 months or so

      I have been a customer with Walser dealerships for last few year. And this time is the most extremely worst experience ever. I am leasing a Jeep wrangler from them. And the car have been in on out the dealership last couple of months for like 4 times. Because of recall or leaking etc. Yesterday my car just died. And it’s a 2021 brand new car with roughly 23000 miles in it. I called to get my car in for service. They told me that because of the Fourth of July, my car will not be seen until next 3 weeks. And because I dont have an appointment so i cant have a loaner car. which is ridiculous, last 3 times was in there they told me the loaner is first come, first serve???? So I asked them that how is that make sense? They told me if I need a car and keep asking questions I can bring my car elsewhere, which is my car is already towed there. Plus, I got my car from there. And my car is still under guaranteed. Im a super patient customer. The last time I was in, they keeping my car for few days and I keep calling to check on it because they said that it’s going to be done in the afternoon for sure but nobody call me. and i came to find out that my car just sit there. I never been to any car dealership that wouldn’t willing give loaner car when they said that for sure my car gonna be in there for awhile like that. I am full time working. In school, also taking care of my mom needs. So this is so stressful and all I tried to do is being reasonable with them but they wont listen.

      Extremely upset with the communication with Nick Underwood and Joy (Warranty). Emails began 12/15/22 questioning two issues. Issue #1. Bookout Summary mentioned jeep equipped with heated seats. It does not. I paid to have them put in. Issue #2, Was charged $652.56 replacing two batteries and until today (1/23/23) it has taken this dealership 7 weeks to respond if this service should have been under warranty. Customer service with management is pathetic. I have logged 6 times we tried to get an answer from Nick (i.e. dealership). I encourage others to purchase elsewhere if this is how they treat customers spending over $65K.

      I had an appt for a diagnostic repair. I spoke with two different people who told me they had the parts in stock but needed to contact my warranty company to verify it would be covered. The dealership had my vehicle for "6" days all because they claimed they were too busy to call the warranty company. I had already contacted them myself and was told it would be covered but the dealership had to contact them themselves. The repair needed was to replace my fuel pump because when I would start the car it would ding at me on the dashboard that my fuel was low even though I had plenty of gas. Because of this issue I was very much aware at all times how much fuel I had. When I dropped the vehicle off my gas was a little below a half a tank. When I picked up the vehicle there was an 1/8 of a tank. I immediately went back in and asked what happened to my gas? The service rep checked with the technician and came back and told me he "didn't" drop any fuel while replacing my fuel pump and there was nothing they could do!! I also was there on Oct 31st to have my rear shocks replaced. I sat at the dealership for 3 hours that day only for them to come out and tell me they ordered the wrong shocks!! I have spent over $2,000.00 in repairs in the last few months and they have shown nothing but "POOR" customer service. This facility should have an "F" rating......Thank you!
