    I bought a used car on oct 1/ 2024 from *****.. Two weeks later I noticed a bunch of small hail dents on the car. I Contacted them and told them.. I bought the car like that they did not disclose that it had hail dents and there has been no hail since I bought that car..I seen a dent on the hood a week later. So I took it to a PDR to get it fixed even tho it was on there when I purchased the car I just didn't notice because it was night time. That's when they showed me other dents that Were hard to see in certain lighting. I Contacted the sales *** ***** and asked if they could fix it or if I could get a discount on the car or a different car.. That car was like that when they sold it to me.. I felt like I was deceived. They said they could have me come in and get an estimate, but they could not pay for it.. I should not have to pay for Hail damage that was on there when I bought it. That is not normal wear. The car is a 2024 toyota camry.. Cost ****** dollars.. I have contacted a Lawyer and I'm thinking about taken legal action if this can't be resolved..

    Inver Grove Toyota was unaware the vehicle had hail damage. It is unclear when the hail damage occurred. Regardless, we strive to provide a high level of customer service and therefore I have authorized this repair. Our team will be reaching out to Mr. ****** to schedule an appointment for the repairs.

    I was sold a car without information on the car involvement in an accident (complete car history). I was driving this car (RAV 4) realizing steering was poor, see marks on exterior (hail markings), wipers loud sound and steering wheel poor condition. I did not get an accident car history is the bottom line for me. Toyota dealership at Inver Grove is too dishonest in selling me a RAV 4 2021 on May 17, 2024. I return the car on May 30, 2024. I got to trade the car to Toyota Dealership no refund ($10,000). I got a new RAV 4 without a down payment. I lost my $10,000 a settlement money from my car accident. I was taken advantage of by Toyota dealership as a female. I don't need this to happen to anybody so I am telling my story for help from the BBB.

    The vehicle in question passed a Toyota Certified 160-point inspection on 4/24/2024. The vehicle was covered by a Toyota Certified warranty for any potential mechanical issues for 1 year or ****** miles on a comprehensive basis and ~4 years or ******* miles on a powertrain basis. We do not believe there are any mechanical issues with this vehicle. The sales manager involved claimed to have shown her the Carfax report when she was here initially buying the vehicle. ************ disputes that claim. Regardless, Carfax reports are available for free for every vehicle we sell on our website. The $10,000 claim is very incorrect. She paid $25,395 for the vehicle before tax, and we gave her $25,395 for trade-in when she changed her mind. We went above and beyond and did not have to do that for her. We did our best to remedy her concerns and were more than fair.
