  Working with Wolf river for our solar panel installation was one of the best decisions we made in year 2023. We were quite confused when it came to chose which provider to pick for our solar panels to go green in electricity needs. Wolf electric made going solar a cake walk for us. We did not even notice when they had installed panels on our roof, it was pretty fast process and after activation, we are very happy with the performance of the panels. So very much happy about the services and performance. We highly recommend going with Wolf river if you are considering going solar!   I worked with Wolf River Electric for my solar project at home, and they were amazing! They knew a lot about solar stuff and were super cool. They were professional and nice from the beginning, showing up on time and listening to what I wanted. They had great ideas for my solar setup, making sure it worked well and safe. The quality of their work was awesome! They paid attention to every detail and did a really good job, making it all look neat. The solar panels and wires were in the right place, and they were proud of their work. They finished on time, working hard without disrupting my routine too much. They really cared about me being happy, checking in and being friendly. They made everything easy and fun. Wolf River Electric is the best! They deserve five stars for being professional, knowledgeable, doing great work, finishing on time, and making sure I was happy. I recommend them to anyone who needs solar stuff.

  Purchased 18Kw solar system from Wolf River, this included financing. All paperwork was handled very quickly. Ordered equipment and scheduled install for 2 days in beginning of October 2022. First night I rushed to electric company to pickup a meter that was needed ( we paid for ourselves and had to pay an extra $1,000.00 to get installed). Schedule for about 3 weeks later again. Same thing. Then in November a little progress was made actually got panels on the roof. December one day all panels but 11 were up. January am told they will have to go through a sheet rocked wall in the kitchen, which they will fix. Still needs to be sanded and painted as of today.
  Since then they have been out 3 more times and wire has finally been corrected and correct fuses installed. 6-16-2023 was supposed to be commissioned. Power company failed the system. According to power company meter connection was backwards. Today 6-26-2023 was supposed to be fixed and commissioned at 12:30. Now 530 and no idea what happened. We sent a text at 5pm.
  The project manager is clueless about what was happening. I sent an email one afternoon the day prior to them coming mentioning no wire was delivered. He said he would look into it. Worker got there and had to waste 2 hrs driving to pickup wire.
  What started out as very exciting and moving along right on track to what is in the contract has turned into frustration and disbelief that Wolf River is so inefficient and clearly does not value their customers.
  Want everyone to know some of the problems you may encounter when dealing with this company.
  Hope to have the system commissioned soon, and that the results will make this a lot better!

  Wolf River Electric is holding my Solar system consumption CT monitoring hostage because they are demanding that I remove the 1 ? reviews which I have submitted over the past two years regarding their failure to correct workmanship issues. Today June 19, 2023 Zach Z. one of Wolf River Electric's Electrians was out between 9:00 - 11:30 to complete the workmanship issues and install the consumption CT's as agreed back in July/ August 2022. Zach did a great job and was very professional. Within approximately 5 minutes of Zach leaving my home the Management of Wolf River Electric electronicly disconnected the reporting of the consumption CT's, right as I was sitting down to write a positive review to thank them for correcting the workmanship issues. This review would have had a different tone had they decided to not hold me hostage until I remove the previous reviews.

  I just had a solar system installed for my residential home in the fall of 2022. Brandon helped me through the entire project and he provided excellent customer service! He was awesome, professional and prompt about returning my phone calls and he helped to see my project through completion, even though he wasn't the project manager. When I had questions, he was very knowledgeable and patient. Brandon, alone, was the reason I am happy with Wolf River Electric and I have already recommended their services to friends. Being a newly divorced, single mom, starting a big project like this was a little scary, but I felt confident that I made the right decision when I spoke with Brandon and asked him a million questions about everything pertaining to the project. He put my mind at ease and helped to develop my trust in the process with facts, research as well as his honesty. I highly recommend this company to others.

  Great company to work with. So far the system has been amazing and the generation is just as promised. Also they make sure to hear you out and understand what your concerns and questions are.
