  Wolfriver completed my Solar installation faster than expected. The permits and getting the system online was smooth. The cost also was much reasonable compared to other Installers.

  Excellent company to work with from the start. The installation crew was very friendly and extremely professional.
  When I wanted to make a change from the original design the electrician and installers were very professional and accommodating in the way they went about handling the change.
  I would recommend Wolf River Electric to anyone who is interested in solar panel installation.

  Wolf River did a fantastic job on our solar system. They were extremely efficient in working with my electrical provider obtaining all of the necessary permits and getting the system online. Any glitches in the installation process were handled quickly and with great communication. I would highly recommend Wolf to anyone interested in going green.

  I would have loved to be one of many who gave 5-star reviews, but our experience with WRE was pretty bad except for the initial sales phase. It went downhill from there:
  - Late or no-shows for appointments
  - Wrong design that could not be installed, no re-design
  - Terrible communication throughout the project
  - Unsafe behavior of the installers (throwing heavy metal pieces from roof without checking/seeing who might be there or picking them up, my neighbor ran over one while mowing)
  - Failed inspection and admitted negligence by installers ("inspectors typically do not go onto the roof, ours did")
  - Over a month of wait time to fix inspection findings
  - Missed HOA approvals
  - Trash sitting in our driveway
  - No accountability from WRE leadership
  Maybe our project is the exception, but I would not recommend Wolf River Electric to anyone.

  I give and recommend Wolf River Electric for your future solar system needs.
  The clarity told of the operation of the system, the work that was to be done, was clear and understandable when presented.
  All employees were knowledgeable of the job needed to be done.
  Kind, professional, employees got the job done within the time frame agreed upon.
  Give them a call and compare them to the competition. You won't regret it. We don't regret having River Electric make a difference in our high electricity bill.

  they installed but it's been 5 months they say they're getting my system going. They don't show, and no phone call to cancel when I'm told they'll be there. 2 managers have transferred my project and communication seems lacking, or they are not trained in properly. I've been more than patient, and am beginning to feel upset at the service.

  Would recommend this company to others. They were fast, efficient to others, and got our system up and running in four months. The only delay was on the XCEL utility side but Wolf River delivered as promise. Hoping to use them to install solar panels at our cabin up north in the future. 5/5. Great company.

  when discussing the solar system with the sale rep Brandon ********, he told us that our solar system would create enough power to offset our electric usage AND our solar payment with the exception being the months of December and January. He also told us that in the winter, all I had to do was clear some of the snow off of the panels and the panels would create heat as they produced power which in turn would clear the remainder of the snow on its own. He also referred to the Federal Energy Tax Credit as a Rebate and told us that we would be able to use that money to pay down our solar system further reducing the finance amount. These statements were misleading and fraudulent. According to Brandon, the system would end up being free with little to no out of pocket expense, but instead this system is costing me $500 a month and that's not including the cost of my electric when the system isn't producing enough due to weather. Had I known i was being lied to I never would have got this system as I can NOT afford it and it is most likely going to cause me to lose my home.
