    VERY poor disclosure on return policy. Verbal disclosure different from written. Mattress purchase stuck us with a $4500 loss for a mattress that was hard as a rock. Offered to pay restock fee, return delivery fee and even a dock in price to sell mattress as used and nothing to compensate us. Do not buy a mattress here if you think what you are laying on in the showcase is what is going to be delivered to your door because it isn't. Their showcase mattresses have been "broken in", that's why they are so comfortable. The associate said to us "do you have some grandchildren that can jump up and down on it for you?" literally!!! Do not be fooled
