    I would never hesitate to refer someone to comfort matters. Their staff is knowledgeable, efficient, trustworthy, they explain everything they are doing. I would never use any other **** company! When you call the office with a question ,you will always get a friendly voice on the other end. If you're having an issue or just have a question you can always count on on them to answer your questions or find someone who can answer it!

    Techs are professional, thorough & answer all questions. All systems reviewed with info given on status & any follow through that may be needed in addition to what they may have been able to take care of while here.

    Had furnace since 2019 and always great tech service. Call, show up on time and work efficiently. Most recent service call, the tech asked about a duct cleaning. I had never had anyone ask about my ducts in 24 yrs of living in townhouse. Needless to say, my ducts were in need of cleaning and an appointment was scheduled the same week. Grateful for efficient service.

    Many HVAC companies offer high quality furnaces / AC units etc . But the difference for Comfort Matters are their service techs. ****** **** showed up on time and quickly got to work . He was knowledgeable , polite and left our home as clean as when he entered .Great people to work with.

    Excellent reputable company. They go above and beyond. They do maintenance twice a year and at a fair price. The technicians are knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Comfort Matters!
