    Comfort Matters has been taking care of us, our ************* since we moved into our home 10 years ago. We have had excellent service and support, and not only trust and appreciate, but thoroughly enjoy the people who have come to our home to check, maintain, repair, and replace our furnace and air conditioner. We have recommended Comfort Matters to family and friends, feeling confident that all will receive the same level of excellence!

    Very satisfied with comfort matters from the sales contact to the completed installation. Were very knowledgeable and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your business to anyone in need of hvac services. Pilot light on Water went out by accident and service tech came out the right away in the morning (I was at work and my wife was home) and start it up with out a charge.

    I have been Doing business with Comfort Matters for 20 years theyre a great company and Ive always treated me right. Theyve installed a furnace, air conditioner and air exchanger and have maintained my systems throughout. They have always been courteous, friendly and informative.

    Weve relied on Comfort Matters for our HVAC needs for years. Always excellent service at a fair price. They installed our heat and AC system 9 years ago. We rely on them for routine maintenance by their excellent team of technicians.

    Your tech. **** was very professional and knowledgeable regarding our in floor radiant heat system. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly in which we came up with a repair solution that made sense & was cost effective.Will definitely have **** out again for any future boiler maintenance.

    Great service everytime, and thorough too. The techs are always nice and take the time to protect your home and explain any and all concerns with our furnace and AC. Weve been a member of their ************************* for over ten years, the best is that they dont take advantage of your monthly fees, they ensure you schedule and use your ************ tune-*** each year. They call and email you several times to ensure you hadnt forgotten about scheduling your tune-*** which are FREE when youre a member (of course you do pay $16/month which is about the cost of 1 tune-up). Thats service I appreciate and why I continue to support and recommend their club.

    I had a great experience with Comfort Matters personnel. **** (installer) in particular did a phenomenal job with the installation of a furnace despite the problems with the equipment. The only reason I'm not giving 5 Stars is because the new furnace had a mal-function that required new spare parts which had to be rushed for delivery within the same day and because of that reason the furnace installation took almost 9 hours to be completed.

    I always use Comfort Matters for my HVAC check-up and repair. They are a very well run company! All of their service people are great! I really like the text they send out before their service person arrives. It has their picture and tells a little bit about them. They also always explain and answer all of my questions.

    very satisfied with comfort matters from the intial sales contact to the completed installation. your people were very knowledgeable and professional. i would'nt hesitate to reccomend your business to anyone in need of hvac services. what i really liked was when your service tech performed a service check on my furnace, he didnt launch into a sellathon with regard to replacement. for me that sealed the deal on a new furnace.
