    Do not buy or deal with this company. We went through the county to find someone to help us install a walk-in shower to make life better for our handicapped son. They had us pick out what we wanted for countertops and flooring. I was expecting to talk to them in more detail about the shower. But that never happened. The day they were scheduled to start demolition I finally got a hold of them only to find out they were going to use a cheap white plastic insert. I told them to stop everything. We told them up front that we have no problem paying extra to get a decent looking shower. But they never talked to us again. I let my wife handle this whole project, so I missed all the planning. I believe they just walked all over my wife. I guess they are used to customers that don't ask any questions. Their customers must just take what they get. This company has no follow-up with their customers. If you deal with them, make sure they give you a clear understanding of what the expected project outcome is and what the cost is. I still have no idea what this was going to cost. Good luck!
