  Premium Moving & Storage was amazing. As we all know moving is never fun, but my movers were knowledgeable, courteous and punctual. While my house was being built, I used their climate control storage facility in Lakeville for four months. They helped with taking apart and putting back together some antique pieces. The movers also had great attitudes and we had an awesome overall experience. I'll certainly be reaching back out to Premium Moving & Storage for any of my moving projects. I highly recommend them, thank you guys very much.

  This was the worst move I ever experienced. It was a large move 8 guys and 3 trucks. I just lost my partner of 30 years and needed to downsize. All theses guys acted like they worked daily labor. Purposely broke, scratched, gouged my things. Some of which is my parents who have both passed away now. Then when I told ******* that they scratched my beautiful hardwood floors he blamed me said I scratched my own floors! Who would do that! They were a big selling point of the house. Nobody was listening to me and I was yelled at by several of the employees and threatened. They were fighting against each other right in my driveway with new neighbors all around. I just wanted the nightmare to be over! As Ive been unpacking and placing things where they go Ive seen so many more broken vandalized items its a shame that he can continue to run his business and get away with his false advertisement.

  Thanks for your feedback ***************One of your claim was settled and we went beyond the means of the contract ti make it happen. There was an old dining table base that was coming loose before it was moved which we wasnt liable for that.After it was moved, you claimed it was damaged and the general liability that came with your move old give us the option to compensate based on pounds times .60 cents.We gave you the benefit of the doubt to repair the dining damage even though you didnt purchase a full value protection from us that will allow us to do so.The dining table was brought to **************************** which the repairman knew right away that the table was coming loose because of the age as it was couple of dried up adhesive that wasnt holding the pieces together as the table wasnt broken. The table got repaired and delivered back to you free of charge without that full protection insurance you didnt upgraded to.Lastly, the claim of your flooring got denied as you shifted the couches by dragging it after the movers brought it in and your floor was padded before the movers placed the furniture done. The scratches was done by you as you dragged the furniture, the movers didnt.Best.

  This was my worst moving experience and I have moved several times. I should have paid for the better moving company. These guys don't care about your personal belongings at all!! Now they are over charging me. Please don't use this company. Save yourself the trouble.

  Thanks for your feedback!****, you was never overcharged, you was quoted a non-binding for 5h with two movers and a truck and your job was completed in 4 hours. Everything you needed to know about the estimate was sent to you before you got it approved by signing it.

  That is incorrect. I never signed the form stating that the job was done. I wanted to pay in cash but they left before I could pay them. You can write all you want on here. Maybe you should use correct grammar. That also shows that your company does not care!
