We understand and empathize with the challenges faced by Bluestone residents during this difficult time. As you may or may not know, the ********* chose to manage the repairs and insurance claim independently, rather than utilizing our services. We respect their decision and are required to act under their directives.
While we would have been happy to assist and offer our expertise, our ability to intervene in this particular situation has been removed. We understand that many residents are frustrated and concerned about the ongoing repairs and the continued payment of monthly fees. However, as we are not directly involved in the repair process, we cannot expedite the timeline or provide assistance with getting residents back into their homes. I think that Rowcal takes our money then closes all work orders without comment before fulfilling the work order. Why is Rowcal even incorporated or accredited? They do nothing but take our money. Work? What is that?Rowcal Management LLC

This is the worst Management Company, Ever!!!!
I have lived here over 30 years & I am now on the Board.. & wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy!!

My HOA, Citywalk Downtown Lofts Owners Association in Colorado Springs, CO, is now managed by RowCal and I believe their management to be unethical and non-conforming to legalities thus far. I received a notice of violation that was vague and without any evidence. After many tries, I finally had my concerns routed to someone who attempted to help, but I only received partial evidence of damage. The partial evidence clearly tells a different story than the vague notification letter stated. I have tried to get RowCal to revise the letter to reflect the reality of the partial evidence and have been ignored. The letter stated that 2 residents did minor damage, but the video evidence shows it was 1 guest that 'might' have caused the damage, but no evidence of actual damage has been provided thus far. The letter vaguely stated there was damage to the common area - there are 4 such areas in reality. The video clearly shows the specific area. The letter did not state what was specifically damaged. A repair receipt was provided eventually, but no evidence actually showing damage was provided. The letter stated the HOA paid for the repair, but provided no evidence of what was repaired now was an invoice provided to justify the repair cost. The letter requires me to provide proof of repair, but how can I do such a thing when the HOA already did the repair, as stated in the letter. I have requested repeatedly to have the notice letter align to the reality and specifics of the situation and continue to be ignored. It is clear that RowCal is all about form letters to get money from owners/residents and has no interest in taking the time to resolve matters in a fair and ethical (maybe even legal) way.Rowcal Management LLC

This management company does not manage. They are absolutely terrible at communicating. It took 3 months to hear back from our property manager, despite multiple follow ups in the form of email and phone calls. When information is disseminated, impacting residents, such as water shut offs or major projects that impact living quarters, this information is communicated less than 24 hours before. For example, an email was sent out at 5 pm on a Friday for a major project with the use of caustic chemicals starting Monday morning at 7 am, leaving residents no time for follow up questions or to prepare for alternative living accommodations. Absolutely horrible management company! Poor communication, cheating homeowners out of money, do not return calls, work orders incomplete for over 1 year, lawn and landscaping is horribly maintained!! Do NOT hire this management group!!Rowcal Management LLC

We're so sorry to hear your frustration and understand no one like late fees. Unfortunately, when payments are mailed too close to the due date, they sometimes arrive past the deadline and a fee is incurred. While two late fees were indeed waived, the ********* did not choose to waive the other late fees. We know people often confuse what we control but we're only able to act under the board's guidance.
As for work orders, we only show one that remains open which requested reseeding. Being that it's August and your community does not have irrigation, reseeding right now would neither be pragmatic or prudent. I wasn't happy about Row Cal until this summer, but things had changed since they started the re roofing in our neighborhood. I had problem with leaking roof and Jason Grimm and Wace Mayeraan took care of it right away after my first call. Thank you very much for fast reaction on my problem.
The second my Thank you to Dane Meyeraan for taken care of the problem with my skylights after the reroofing. He solve the problem perfectly fast and efficiently.Rowcal Management LLC

Our building, Zilkr on the Park, is now managed by Rowcal Mgmt and Javier C is our senior property manager. Rowcal has been a pleasure to work with thus far but the real hero is Javier. Javier is the captain of our ship and he is always finding ways to better our community. He is communicative, friendly, responsive and reliable! Honestly, he is the best HOA manager I have ever worked with. He keeps the board on our toes and the staff all on point. Do NOT use this company, do NOT buy a property managed by this company. They do NOT responced. As a customer I have left messages thru their online portal, I have left emails, I have left voicemails, I have even gone into their offices and one of their employees left a message for the location "manager" and never been contacted!Rowcal Management LLC
