      Doesnt use barbicide properly in the salon Treats employees like garbage Uses salon as a daycare Stylists are berated and belittled Owner expects stylist to purchase product out of pocket for salon Doesnt have a valid business license

      This review isn't about the hairstylists but rather the membership experience with Supercuts. I attempted to cancel my membership through both the app and the website, but there was no clear option to do so. Out of frustration, I deleted my account, assuming that would stop the charges. Unfortunately, Supercuts continued to bill my credit card.I've reached out via email multiple times, but no one has responded. As a result, I've had to dispute each charge with my credit card company to get my money back. It's incredibly frustrating to go through this process repeatedly. I strongly recommend looking for services elsewhere to avoid this hassle.

      I had my hair permed and got worried when she rolled my hair real loose(short hair) then she rolled it rollers to the right, I let her know I have it rolled center but she continued. She had to read the paper work and have help from the other person. She put the solution on then when it came to the neutralizer she squeezed it on top rollers then took the cap off and poured it over my head. Rollers were removed after quick dash of water, toweled then she says how curly it was. Sorry to say I didnt agree then she proceeds to have me go to pay. I asked her to cut the ends as she didnt trim my hair at all and I let her know that they always trim the ends but NO. I paid and left not that thrilled and told her that Id be back after 5 days when I would wash my hair first time as it will m]need to be trimmed, she then looks at her boss and says, SHOULD I TELL HER! THEY ARE CLOSED AND OUT OF BUSINESS after I leave. Well $70 and straight hair now and another $20 for the trim at another salon. CANT GET IN TOUCH WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL. RIP OFF!!!!!!!

      I came in for a highlight root touchup and notified them in advance of how long and how much hair I have. They said it was no problem. Upon getting there, the manager acted like she didnt even know that I had an appointment and once I finally helped her find it in the system, she went back to the other guys hair she kept messing up. Eventually, she got on my hair and then went away talking to other customers again just chitchatting. About an hour into my appointment, she finally starts to work on me. I specifically said that I wanted my roots to match my existing blonde and I wanted to highlight touchup because I didnt want a line of demarcation from bleach and tone. She put in whole head of foils, but then took them out too early so she had to do a bleach and tone twice on my hair and even then just turned it orange. She knew she messed up because when she was renting my hair, she was saying stuff like oh my God and oh ****, and then took me straight to the register and demand that I pay for the service because she didnt think that I would pay because she didnt think that I would be happy. I told her not until she fixes my hair. She threatened to call the cops. I pulled out my phone and she quit. She Toned my hair, three or four times in a row and although its still orange, its not as bad as it was Had to stay hours after closing just for her to fix it enough for me to leave. She made the comment to me that I shouldve known that would happen and I told her it hasnt happened with any of my other previous stylists and she got an attitude. I highly think that racism was involved here and if she wasnt so preoccupied, tending to customers, of other races and ignoring me, my hair wouldnt have turned out so badly. Unfortunately, she still charged me for the services and I did pay because I said I would if she tried to fix it but now Im gonna have to fix it at home myself. It she also complained about how much hair I had to work on..

      Most traumatic hair experience ever! Such a nightmare. Never again! The stylist ********* was so rude and nasty towards me. I feel like it was due to my race. I just want my money back I am extremely unhappy with the service. Instead of giving me my money back Im disrespected! I have contacted someone to handle my situation. I wish i could give them zero stars!

      Poor quality. No standard pricing. I paid $118 - $126 at the ****** ** location of ************ and for the same service ***** ** quoted me $299. I was told the ****** Salon mispriced me. Then I was told by the stylist at the ****** location that she discounted me - Sure - almost a $200 discount! Do not think so. I found another salon in the area that quoted me $145 including the cut which the above pricing at Holiday Hair does not include. My last service was totally wrong on hair color and the Manager was determined to blame the :"notes" in the system. The only issue with that was brown is not red in any note. Red highlights is not the same as Red all over color. No offer to fix the issue so I wasted that money.

      Holiday Hair Salons recently had my hair highlighted in one of their salons! Advised me upfront on cost, what I didnt know they are about 90$ over the average cost in Lancaster county!!! Never again go to the small independent salons
