I purchased over time $800.00 in gift cards. To support my hairstylist (Whom I am thankful for) each time there would be a promo on gift cards I would purchase. Many of times I would go to the salon I would forget the cards and end up paying cash. It was suggested that I add them to my phone by the store, which i did. The Conshohocken PA salon updated their computer system and lost all previous records. So, when i went to use the card/cards I was told there was nothing on them. (all 4 of them) I have continuously requested from the stylist to get a history of the cards. (she could not produce as much as she tried, because she didnt have full access) As there should be a balance on each card, she would forward request to management and they would totally ignore it, until I asked again, and they would say we'll be in touch. It has now been several months that I am waiting, the management has never once reached out to me. My stylist has tried her best but needs management to complete. I have been a customer of this location for many years. This service and lack of concern (besides from my stylist) is just not right. I was told at one point that because the systems changed the previous records can't be located; after putting these cards on my phone as directed. I can't find the physical cards any longer to scratch the pin. So, I'm assuming I'm out of luck. After speaking to counsel gift cards can't expire and Super Cuts/Regis as a company should produce a record of transactions when requested as proof the cards were used. Since the franchise management in Conshohocken Pa does not seem to care, I have now reached out to corporate. While I know that on some of the cards I may have used a small amount, there is no way that all cards are at a zero balance. This happened around 4/22/25.I was double charged on my debit card for $16.99 and $15.99 sneakily and illegally. I should have only been charged the $16.99.I called Supercuts in ******* and spoke with ****** the Shift Lead. Rather than helping me out and fixing the situation, she pretended to not be able to see that they double charged me and further said that it's MY JOB to PROVE to them that the charge occured. She claimed that she can see one charge but not the other and that I must now go out of my way to go to my bank and get a printout and waste my time all because of their error.They should simply take my word for it or they should look into it themselves and fix this. It's very inconvenient for me to waste my time. ****** could have easily made some phone calls or looked into it further to find the double charge and fix it but she CHOSE not to like an employee dragging her feet. She also had some sort of cocky tone kind of like a spoiled entitled *******'s currently 5/7/25 and my bill should be paid through 5/21/25 and I should be able to get a haircut now today since they illegally stole my money but now I'm sitting here with no haircut and my account not being up to date even though they charged me and stole from me.Supercuts locates my account by using my old phone number (*************).Please contact them and fix this and please contact me and fix this.**** ****** ************.Thank you.GOD BlessInitial Complaint

On March 10 I went to Super Cut to "just trim my bangles!" ***** was the hair dresser. She cut 8 INCHES off my hair! She used thinning scissors on the bottom of my hair to ruin it! which she did!!!!! This has created SO MUCH major trauma that I'm in counseling. I haven't cut my hair in over 2 years. She said she was finished after 2 snips on my bang. She then emotionally pushed me out the door. She saved my hair she cut off because it wasn't on the floor. I would like it back! I think she does this all the time and collects them! She is nuts!I had to go and get it redone! I was there for about 5 minutes. I want my money back. She NEEDS to be fired and lose her hair cutting license. She is NOT normal. Something is mentally wrong with her. Why else would she live in **** but can't get a job there so she commutes to **** which is almost 100 miles away. Hilo doesn't want her! I WANT MY JUSTICE AND MONEY BACK!!!!SHE KNEW I DIDN'T WANT THIS! I'm in therapy because of the TRAUMA it has caused. I'm going to continue my complaint until she is fired!!!!! If I have to go to court I will. This has caused me SO MUCH PAIN, and TRAUMA from when I was a child!She should NEVER be ALLOWED to CUT anyone's hair. U have a horrible worker that NEEDS to be fired. She is evil and vicious. "I told her my hair was a gift from God because it was so beautiful. She agree that my hair was the most beautiful she had ever seen and then hacked 8 INCHES off of it. She saved the hair because it wasn't on the floor. There is SOMETHING SERIOUS wrong with her. I was emotionally assaulted by her behavior and I want my money back. January ******* at 3:34pm Cist cutters ******** *******. Did not get what I paid for and when I asked they were rude to me I told the manager she told me to shut up. I paid$212 plus tip for a cut and color and they refused to fix it after ruining my hair. I came into cost cutters after a salon had colored my hair too dark. I left before highlights was applied because I fear damage to my hair would occur. When I arrived at cost cutters they said they could fix it and put the highlights in. When hairesser was finished she informed me she was applying a toner..My hair came out basically the same color. She claimed she broke it up . I disagree. Besides I came in asking for highlights. I was charged for highlights and toner which I had rather not gotten. There was no highlights.. I told salon I wasn't paying their price they was asking for as I felt the result was not at all what was desired and quite honestly I couldn't tell she had done anything. They refused to lower price to accommodate lack of results so I left unable to obtain a reasonable agreement. My hair has been highlighted for years . I had to call my friend the next day that used to work for Regis. She highlighted it. It is ridiculous the other hairdresser couldn't have achieved same result. The hair dresser had pink hair. Anyhow the manager claimed theft of services which it wasn't. If anyone looked at cameras the would see me at front desk getting into purse for payment. I also have a witness that came with me. They called police to have me threatened if I didn't pay. For theft of services which it was not. This ordeal happened Friday the third . I paid salon 131. 94 Cost cutters ************************************************* They have no business doing hair color at that location *******************************************. 1st photo could not upload this is after I left the salon within 30 minutes. *********** claimed she broke up color. Incorrect. This also is not highlights. It's all one color!. Evidently toner reversed everything she did!Initial Complaint

Spoke several times to customer service with many different people with not results about problem. Got disconnected and was given several different phone numbers with no results. All I want is them to put the $75.00 dollars back on the card so I can use it. Thank you ******* ******Initial Complaint

I had a horrible experience at the 1812 *************************** location of Supercuts in *********************. I had a male stylist who I believe was named *****. My daughter has curly hair. I straightened it so she could get a hair trim that would be even. The stylist made me sit away so I couldn't see what was happening. He proceeded to wet HALF of my daughters hair and cut half of it wet and the other half dry. He took off several more inches than I requested (I requested 3 inch trim and he took closer to 7 inches). She had been growing her hair out for 6 years and it was all gone. Additionally, he refused to let my Autistic daughter have her tablet as she has sensory issues and needs it for hair time. I am appalled by the unprofessionalism I experienced. The hair stylist gave my daughter the most uneven haircut I can imagine. He was clearly rushed and not up to the task. It was careless and haphazard that he made no attempts to even out any of hte ends. It is truly appalling. I have attached pictures in my ****** review. Additionally, it was unnecessarily mean to deny a child with sensory issues her tablet to get through the experience. We paid $35 and now will have to go somewhere else so they can cut off another 3-4 inches to even out the mess. I want this money refunded to me as they did not provide the service I requested. I had signed an agreement for I believe a 12 month term with REGUS. Part of what I signed up for was a discounted program in which the feature was to allow people to drop off, pick up and hold mail. During the start of the agreement we had several people go in to Regus and the manager and individual working at the front desk was not even aware of our company or its affiliation with regus. In addition it was during this time that the pandemic occurred making it impossible for them to provide the services they were contracted to do. I had told this to the manager and several Regus account reps and was under the impression I had paid the portion I would be charged as I was not rendered the services for the unpaid months. Now a good amount of time after I am receiving collection calls from them to " Settle my account". It was all ready settled and services were not rendered. I have seen numerous post and reviews about ********** doing this to many people. I am willing to take this public and work with whoever I need to get this resolved and make sure this discontinues.
