      We love our sleep number. We wake up in much less back pain than we did before. It’s great to sleep through the night.

      Sales person ****** was very friendly and knowledgeable she seemed to genuinely care we understood and she appreciated the variety of questioned we had. She was able to answer all to our satisfaction. Bed was to be delivered 6.7.25, I was called 6.6.25 yes day before delivery by sleep number telling me they needed to reschedule the delivery. She had no idea why but that the bed was not on truck. So she rescheduled for 6.25.25. Yup we were disappointed big time. Spend this amount of money and not be provided an actual explanation why bed was not on truck. Ended up finding out it was the padding for our bed that was back ordered. We requested pillows be provided for what will be 1.5 month wait for the bed. They tried to offer one pillow, of course I said we need two there are two of us that did not get our bed delivered. We bought a ******** bed they sent us two STANDARD pillows. Seriously my patience was about gone. Yes again on the phone to have king pillows delivered. They said king pillows will be delivered I was given 6.27.25 as delivery two days after bed arrives. Remember this was to compensate us for having to wait now 1.5 month for our bed. **************** was exceptional. Everything in between was a complete nightmare of extremely lame customer service. At this point we are still trying to find the right number that works best for each of us. So far we wake up with pain in our *************** Amazingly, I still have hopes of this purchase being a good decision. Worst experience- was hoping for a better sleep not a nightmare

      Bought a Split King bed, pillows, sheets, comforter and are very happy with all purchases. Sleep Number has been very easy to worth with and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

      BUYER BEWARE!After 2.5 yrs of sleeping on a $5500 bed, I do not believe for one second that this company has an A+ rating.First, having to wait for 30 days for a bed thats not actually a bed Second, the stated relief and rest it would bring was false.Third, contrasting customer service for any reason was always beyond frustrating. There must only be one person working in that department. The wait time for speaking or chatting online was always a minimum 25 minutes. The worst was the last time we contacted customer service and the wait time was over 5 hours!Fourth, while we have paid off the bed two yrs early, we have not been in possession of the bed for five months due to a house flood (no fault of Sleep Number). We attempted many times to speak to anyone about repairing, replacing, returning or scrapping the bed. We were unsuccessful.We cannot endorse or recommend this company nor this product. We are currently sleeping on air mattresses on top of metal frames (two beds at a total of $300 from ******* and Amazon) that are by far more comfortable than Sleep Number.

      Junk the I8 bed has no soft settings complete garbage I tried and tried to talk to **************** to get a softer bed but they didnt care about me sleep # CEO is greedy all they want is money!!!!!

      Knowledgeable employees they really helped me choose the right products for me. Plus great communication from purchase through delivery. The team has and a profound knowledge about sleep.
