      My wife and I are in our 70's and wanted a comfortable bed that would relieve some of our back pain. First of all we've never spent almost $7000 for a bed, hoping it would help. It has made my pain worse especially in the morning. I called within the 30 day trial to find out how to return the bed. I was told that they would refund the mattress, sheets, protector and the remotes, but they would not refund the sleep number bed frame which was over $3000. I was told when we bought it that we would get a full refund within the 30 day trial. I don't know what the 100 day trial would cover. This is ******** Service/Warranty.

      The store in Columbus, GA is awesome. The staff is friendly and helpful; not pushy and trying to force you to buy a mattress. They were patient and let me think on this investment for a few days before reaching back out, just as I had asked them. MY bed arrives tomorrow and I look forward to the setup and sleeping well for the first time in FOREVER!

      King size P6 is the best bed my partner and I have ever had, accommodating both of our needs very well. However the sheets and accessories are really expensive and have not held up well after weekly washing. The Lyocell sheets are luxurious though!

      Purchased a sleep number P5 back in January. Was then hospitalized for 2 months so I didn’t get to complete the full 100 night trial. Bed has since become uncomfortable. They are not allowing me to exchange.

      I purchased a queen size P6 mattress in August of 2024. I've had an issue with the under bed lighting turning on while I'm still in bed. After a technician came out, he explained that the issue is that I have a dual chamber mattress and that when I move from the center of the bed that is only foam. It confuses the sensors in the chambers. I am a single man and spent $5,700 for this bed. The technician told me that I should have a single chamber mattress which is something that was not explained when I purchased the mattress. Being that I'm single I should be able to sleep anywhere. I want to in the bed but the technician told me I need to sleep where the sensors are. Therefore I'm not supposed to sleep in the center or I'm going to confuse the bed. Having spoken with multiple customer service, people and supervisors I'm told there's nothing that can be done. I have worked in multiple Fortune 500 companies and there is always something that can be done. You can always find a solution to a problem but to have a customer that routinely recommends a sleep number bed to other people I feel that resolution can be reached yet I am told that it's not possible. This is completely unacceptable to me and I will never recommend a sleep number bed to anyone again.

      Best sleep we’ve ever had! We purchased the iLE split king smart bed and like all the features especially the head and foot positions, the light under the bed.
      No back or neck problems anymore.

      Have spent 2 nights in my new bed/mattress and the back, hips and knee pain still exist. Purchased the sleep number mattress instead of others because of the ability to change your comfort level on a nightly basis. Not true, each time I attempt to change the setting it returns to the original setting (50). Currently not happy with my very expensive air mattress but, trying to exercise patience.

      We needed a new mattress really bad. Stoped in a Sleep Number store and the staff were amazing. I would recommend a smSleep Number bed to everyone.
