      We had a good experience as we did fist go in and inquire then left to think on it. When we returned still treated the same and the bed came on time, they called to see how things went. So far we are enjoying the bed!

      I bought a sleep number spent 16,000. Dollars on the bed high end. It was a split king. After about a month we had a 3 foot gap between the two sides wr called sleep number they said it must be faulty and they replaced the mattress. Well within a month the brand new mattress is doing the same thing we have a 3 foot gap between each side so my husband and I do not sleep in the same bad together it’s like we have two single beds across the room from one another. We have dogs who fall into that hole and we have to pull them out. Well I call sleep was transferred to 5 different people being on hold some times for 15 minutes or more just to be told sorry can’t help you. I am so disappointed in the lack of customer service. This is how they treat a customer who spent 16,000. Dollars which paid some of their workers salary. Disgusting. Then I look up corporate number call it and it’s not corporate .. just a scam all over scam. …do not buy a sleep number bed it is a scam they take your money and run…

      Dealing with Sleep Number has been super experience, from the sales staff to my new C1 mattress. I'm beginning to sleep better & feel better upon waking up. I plan on being a long time customer.

      Roanoke, Virginia store.....John is AWESOME!!!!!! A gentleman and extremely knowledgeable about the beds. 26 years later and advances in technology makes for a totally different mattress. Yes, we had our 1st sleep number mattress for 26 years!!! Sleeping better.
