      We've enjoyed our experience while shopping the Columbia, MO store. Chris answered our questions and explained everything. Travis and Sean delivered the bed and set it up. They were very polite and professional in all their communications. Looking forward to restful nights.

      By far the best bed we have ever owned! The bed can be adjusted at any time depending how your are feeling physically . Have never slept better.

      I've had a Sleep Number bed for 25 years and just bought a 2nd one for the guest room. Superior, durable products, knowledgeable sales staff, and helpful customer service.

      My one and only complaint is the $500 you are out if during the 100 night sleep trial the mattress does not work for you. The $249 delivery fee was no surprise, but READ the back page so you know you will also be charged $249 if you return it. I would not have risked $500 ($250 deliver fee and then $250 return fee) if that return fee was known ahead of time. The delivery fee was fully disclosed. The return fee is disclosed on the back of the first page of your sales agreement.
      I am sad that it was not part of the 100 night disclosure… a simple addition that could avoid this big of a loss. In fact it is almost invisible anywhere it is posted:( and, it is not industry standard, so there was no reason to expect that expense.
      The service I received in the store and on the phone was excellent. The mattress just didn’t work for me (combo sleeper).
