      The best bed I ever slept on, my sleep got much better and I feel more energized.

      We had some issues at first with the pump not coming with the WiFi module that allows the base to connect with the internet to update software and enable the "smart" features. Even without all that it was still the best sleep I've ever had. They did ship us a new pump WITH the WiFi module. Without the WiFi module the Bluetooth connection is spotty at best, once the WiFi was connected the connection is rock solid. The tech support was "ok". The staff at the store was incredible! When I told them what was happening the sales person that we dealt with (Val) called us daily to follow us with us and to see if there was anything that they could do to better our situation until the new pump arrived. The store manager even offered to come to our home AFTER the store closed and help me out.
      The store staff are the best customer service providers I've ever dealt with.

      We purchased a sleep number bed in May. We have been happy with it. We like that we can change the firmness of the bed. We also like that we are both different and can have different firmness.

      We also purchased the base that adjust. I really like that I can put it up to watch TV or read!

      I have been a sleep number customer for many years (1998) and sleep number products are wonderful in fact i just purchased my 5th bed. I recently ordered a replacement pump for my guest bedroom. The company was very quick to take my money but i am still waiting after 2 months for the pump. When I call customer service i am told “supply chain issues”. That is fine, we face this every day but after 2 months with no status! When I call customer service i get sympathy and they transfer me and then hang up on me. I have company coming to my house in Sept. and If i do not get my pump by the end of the month, i will need to purchase a new bed and it will not be a sleep number bed.

      The staff was very knowledgeable and honest. I really enjoyed the experience. I wish I would have shopped for a new bed sooner.

      Chad at the Barboursville WV store was extremely knowledgeable and he kept me informed on my bed for delivery.
