      I love how helpful the sales person was. He explained every questions we had. The customer service is great. The products are awesome. Love the bedding sets.

      Buyer Beware! If there was a way to leave no stars for this review, I would. I lost a lot of money with this company. I got the Queen 360 C4 smart bed and adjustable platform. From day one, the mattress did not inflate properly. It is the only bed I have ever had where I felt worse when I woke up than when I went to sleep. One side of the mattress never performed correctly, even though I had the technicians come out and work on it. Finally I decided to have them come get it. There is a $249 delivery fee and a $249 pick up fee, so out of the $2500 I spent for the bed and platform, I got back $250.00. The platform is "No return/no refund". I hope I can make it work with an adjustable mattress from another company. Folks have told me that I should have bought the $7000-$9000 king bed to get something that works well. At the end of the day, it is a glorified air mattress set in a fancy frame.

      2nd # bed purchase. 6 weeks for delivery. Almost $300 for del/setup. Will not allow you to ship and setup yourself. Also referred a friend (who got free del/setup) which means $7000+ combined. Store said to call customer care and ask for removal of fee. CUSTOMER CARE IS A HORRIBLE JOKE. Was basically told they'd rather lose my entire sale than remove the fee or allow me to pick it up and assemble myself. There will not be a 3rd purchase in the future. SLEEP NUMBER USED TO BE A GREAT COMPANY TO DEAL WITH, NO LONGER IS.

      I love my sleep number bed. I tell everyone! Being able to change the firmness is a must for me! It has decrease many aches and pains especially after workouts! Love it ??

      Pretty awesome stuff here, I’d advise anyone at any age to get a sleep number with an adjustable base. Buy it for your future self, the older you get the better the features become for your body.

      Excellent beds and bedding products. Yes, they are expensive, but look for 40% or 50% off sales. The comfort is amazing. Also, store employees are very friendly and helpful.

      Our sleep number bed has made such a difference for us. We are able to get more quality sleep and We love being able to change the settings of our bed depending on how we are feeling. We feel better rested and have more energy to do the things we need to do, quicker and without getting so tired after!

      I had a great experience in the Tallahassee, FL store. I felt no pressure to buy, was treated very respectfully and overall just felt welcomed by all. I did end up buying a bed after reviewing other stores and their products. The Sleep Number store and bed, really won me over. Great products too. I have their c2 king bed, pillows, sheet set and fleece blankets, so far and love it all.
