      My son booked his ticket through Greyhound from **** **** to **** ********. The bus was supposed to pick him up at 5:20 PM. We took him to the bus stop with plenty of time to spare. The bus never showed up. He called Greyhound and they could not tell him what happened to his bus. We tried calling Jefferson Lines customer service and there was no customer service on the weekend . Ridiculous!! Shame on Jefferson Lines for not picking my son up!!!! And shame on Jefferson Lines for having no customer service on the weekend!!!

      I went online to schedule a bus ride from ******, ** to ***********,** and back for 2 people. The price on the website was quoted to be $36.00 per way. Before buying I had some questions as this was my first time taking a bus outside of my local area, so I called customer service. She was the one who told me the price was per person for 1 way and that I would have to schedule my ride back on another screen. Well, I did as she asked. However, after I was done I noticed 3 issues. the first two were relativly minor. The pick up location in ****** was not what I had selected and that she had gotten the return date wrong. She offered to fix these issues, but then I noticed the real issue. My total was almost $400.00 round trip. When I asked her about it she quoted me a per person price that wasnt even in the same ball park as stated online. I did some math and her price had the two of us at $170.00 EACH WAY. The rep claimed the rest was fees that flutuated. After refusin to explain to me the discrepancies between what I paid and what the website said I would pay, She agreed to refund me. However, she stated that they were short staffed so she wasn't sure when my account would be credited. If I don't see my $385.00 within 7 days, well, lets just say jefferson lines better have some good lawyers. As far as I am concerned, this is nothing but a scam.

      I have had good experiences being on Jefferson Lines buses, however this is the first time I had my trip cancelled by Jefferson Lines. I found out the same day by checking their Travel Alerts page. However, when I tried to call their customer care number to get a refund, no one ever answered the phone. When I went to a Jefferson Lines depot and spoke to a live human being, they said they couldn't help me and I needed to go on line. When you go on-line they give no option for refunds due to trips being cancelled by the company. So, this could be called Theft.

      Bus driver came to the bathroom and looked over the stall to see me pooping. Then yelled at me for being late even tho I gotbback to the bus before he did. Worst experience ever.

      DIFFICULT TO THE END You cant buy a ticket online. You cant call in to buy a ticket and you better be aware of their ever changing depot hours - otherwise you are not riding this bud. The customer service number is disconnected and the local bus line depot in ***********, ** does not have anyone who answers the phone during business hours and does not have voicemail and when you drive there to pay cash no one is even there. Whatever setup they have for online booking and the Jefferson Lines App are all disconnected or do not connect. In fact, there is only one guarantee after signing up for an account - they sell the phone number you use right away and youll get junk calls all day and all night for the next month. Not like it matters. If they cared / they would have started along time ago.

      was going to ********* on the 14th of December and was never told the bus was gonna be canceled while being outside in the cold just incase the bus arrived almost having to walk home in the cold (2 miles).later asking for a refund from them many times in the span of 3 weeks by that time i was going hungry because i actually needed the refund for food; made complaints and also calling them, always telling me to file the refund again. now it January second and still haven't gotten an email back from them.

      Called the police and told them they were afraid of me. Rather lie to me in an email and blame me for a mistake on their end but theres no point in lying to the guest that knows the truth. Rather of had an excuse made and a solution given.
