Even though I am not officially a client, LUMA treats me as though I am and provides quality customer service, to include introductions of matches, one on one sessions to get to know your matchmaker prior to the date, ease of scheduling dates and follow up after. I signed up with luma. Was very excited and promised the moon. Well ….. that didn’t happen. I had to fill out extensive interviews about what I was looking for and everything about me including pictures of what I look like what I was looking for my type etc. etc. I distinctly put in there no smoking which they threw one at me to try to match me up with another one that they threw at me was kids living at home I said definitely not this is sometimes I declined that one. Now I am told because I will not meet the gentleman that they have sent me I was told they were going to take care of other people because I’ve turn too many down. I’m an honest person I don’t lead people on and I feel that they’re just grasping at straws and just throwing somebody at me to make me think they’re working hard. It has nothing to do what I’m asking for at all and that’s what I thought you signed up with a matchmaking service for. I would do better online on a dating service as well as I have. The recent letter I got today was that because I have declined to meet the last one they’re going to take care of other people first I told them to just put me on hold because apparently they don’t have anybody personally I would like my money back and I would rather give it to charity this is the biggest waste the biggest phony I’ve ever seen they prey on people that want to meet people and promise you the Moon but deliver nothing. I was also supposed to be introduced to a man and it shows out that he is seeing someone. I was also one man that I spoke to was very nice she told me he was very spiritual he was LDS which is latter-day Saints so they don’t do their homework. I would tell people buyer beware. They’re all your friends when they get your money they have done nothing I spent a fortune 37,000 for nothing… Now I’m reading some of these reviews and I see someone spent 8000 seriously did they just pick and choose out of a hat like the people that they try to fix you up with refund immediateCheryl F

I also forgot to say I signed up in April of this year it is now August and I have not been on one date Ive spoken to two men one of which was not interested in moving further but wanted to stay my friend and the other one was involved with someone need to do their research also these were all non-paying clients that they fixed me up with with the exception of I think the one that didnt wanna pursue so I dont understand why some people paying some dontLUMA Luxury Matchmaking

Your response said nothing Like I said I spent a lot of money was promised the moon and got nothing and after reading other reviews on yelp etc. I see that other people have had the same problem I can spend $20 or do a free website and have more fun than this was nothing but drama and then for you to say that youre going to help other people first before you get to me because theyre using the program the way it supposed to, I thought when you fix somebody up they have to except them as well its not your date its my date so you have no right telling me who I have to meet or who I dont have to meet I would like a refund because youve done nothing but giving me aggravation . And after talking to people around town which is something I shouldve done they said I cant believe you signed up with them. Like many others I have tried my and in the various dating apps and friend group recommendations with no luck. So, I took the chance on Luma after researching a number of different services. I've really enjoyed working with Cecilia. She' taken the time to get to know me and has been ready with feedback not only for my dates but also for me as an individuall. She has been true to the criteria that I would like in a match. It's been a great experiencen, and I look forward to hopefully finding the One with Luma. 3 starsKatie *** is a very helpful matchmaker. I found her to be full of energy, intuitive by listening to my needs, and dedicated toward helping people find their mate. Overall I wish I was provided with more coaching during the contract term. Coaching videos would be helpful and not just getting through the first date only, but through second and third dates. The emphasis that Luma focuses exclusively on is the first date while neglecting potential future dates. The amount of money paid for three matches seems to be quite a bit high, when there are other speed dating or dating website options that cost a fraction of the price per date. It does feel a bit scam like to pay a ton of money and not ever get more than a first date.
