    Granted full SSDI!!!After trying to handle my SSD paperwork on my own and with a SSD company, being denied twice, I hired Greeman Toomey PLLC. They did a wonderful job handling my case. The legal staff took my intake information, gathered all my medical records (which there were years of records), and continually contacted me for and with updates. ***** Greeman reviewed all of my information and submitted an appeal. For the hearing, ***** Greeman patiently helped me prepare, and there were things that were brought up that were very personal to me. ***** Greeman walked me through the process and helped me prepare on how to speak to the judge. ***** Greeman is a very knowledgeable, experienced, and professional lawyer. After The judge fully granted me **************** Greeman called me to let me know what would happen next. He stated that with any legal matter to always contact a lawyer immediately and when I receive my back pay I should hire a lawyer as the long-term disability company may state that I owe them money. ***** Greeman also made sure that he answered all my questions.     This man is not only understanding and patient, but very confident in his position and knows precisely what needs to be done! I went through a four year battle with the social security administration, two of which I went alone at it. When Mr. ******************** took on my case (fighting another TWO YEARS), he stayed persistent. He helped me understand, and feel better about this ugly fight over what I knew I deserved!! He knew it too and never gave up on me! I often feel personaly bothered, and stupid at times I can't remember something. It's embarrassing for me. This man cares though, you can hear it in his firm and confident tone when discussing things.     SCAM OUTFIT!The advertisement sounds good for Appeals but that is not the reality.The intake worker is the gatekeeper with no legal knowledge, picking and choosing by whether she likes your attitude and without ever reviewing your case. Within 5 minutes of my intake she was rejecting my case for Appeal. This was an Extremely Unprofessional Fly-by-night Intake, No wonder it's Free.
