  Greeman Toomey PLLC Veteran friendly, persistent, and professional. Thank you for your hard work and patience. The process was long and agonizing, but these guys hung right in there with me.***** Greeman got me a verbal, favorable decision during my remand hearing. I would still give a 5 star review even if I was ultimately denied because they did the work and they know the business in and out, and that's what I expected as their client. They DELIVERED!

  James ****** was my attorney for SSDI. Throughout the entire process he promptly replied to any questions I had and made it effortless on my part. He did an exceptional job at the hearing and was very knowledgeable about my medical issues. I was approved because of how well he handled my case. I highly recommend him!!!

  I would highly recommend ***** Greeman if you are in need of an attorney. His staff were very helpful in explaining all procedures and in helping me get ready for my hearing. The hearing went smoothly because I was well informed and because ***** Greeman was extremely prepared and professional.

  Greeman Toomey filed the initial paperwork in July 2021 for a disability claim. Other than that I have not received any service from this firm. This month *** sent me the paperwork to schedule the upcoming hearing. The *** letter said I should ensure *** has all my medical records. I don't know what records *** has received. I called Greeman Toomey and *** hoping to receive copies of the medical records that have previously been submitted. *** said they would send them but my attorney should be able to supply them to me. Anyhow, I haven't received anything from *** even though I was given an encryption code. (Surprise!)This morning, I left my FOURTH voice message within a week with ******** Toomey hoping to get the medical records. I've received little to no support/response from this firm. I'm really surprised at all the 5 STAR reviews.

  **** Greeman is an amazing & knowledgeable attorney. Whenever I had questions he was one call away. Im so thankful for him because without him I wouldnt have won my SSDI case and be able to be the mother I need to be to my children.

  Working with ***** Greeman was a wonderful experience. I was very worried at first with my disability claim being that I had been denied on my appeal and had to have a hearing with an administrative law judge. He made a gut feeling call the day of the hearing and I was terrified, I went with it. It was the smartest decision I could have possibly made. He sounded absolutely phenomenal when speaking to the judge and to the vocational therapist. Amazingly, he explained my disability better than I ever could. He was a true advocate for me that day. I was very impressed and so was the judge. The judge remarked on how eloquent his words were. I received a favorable decision! So I would absolutely recommend this man for your disability claim, he knows what he's doing. ******* . 7-28-23.

  I had the pleasure of working with ******************** for my disability case. He and his office were amazing. He has a very thorough team who will do everything and anything to help you win your case. I did not have an easy case considering how unorganized I am. I do not keep records well and my case was a psychiatric one. His office turned a messy psychiatric history into a coherent case. They found every medical record, even ones I did not remember, and turned them into a clear timeline. I originally filed in 2017 and finally won in 2023. ******************** was tenacious and persistent. We had a judge that did not do her job correctly and we appealed the multiple denials, eventually receiving a favorable decision. Even when I felt like giving up ******************** continued to fight for my rights. He and his team were kind, knowledgeable, patient, and all-around amazing at helping me navigate a very intimidating process. I am beyond happy with my result as we finally won my case! Thank you, *****!

  Absolutely horrifying. I reached out to the firm in an emergency situation and given a warm reception. They understood the pending deadline for my appeal as well as the dangerous position I was in. They also understood the nature of my disabilities made it exceptionally difficult to find a lawyer as the task requires executive functioning where I fall short. I went through the intake process weeks prior to the deadline. I even went hungry two days just to pay for the faxes, copies and postage to get them the paperwork as fast as possible. My very life literally rests on this case and they very much aware. Not days before the deadline, I get an email saying they wont represent me for my appeal but would if I refiled. I was blindsided and given the timeline and my disability there was no way for me to make arrangements or file myself. They made a decision about me without me and I was left without a choice and offered a service I did not ask for. In response to the email, I asked we meet the next business day to discuss the matter. Certainly a firm of this esteem would not extort a client, especially one in a life or death situation. I received a reply back that business day saying they are not avail for a meeting and they so not represent me. No reason given as to why I was dropped. I will say this about this law firm. They are more interested in protecting the system than their clients. I may die for this. I wish that was not a factual statement. This is far beyond irresponsible. It is vial and cruel to lead someone on then leave them at an end point knowing they have no help or way. Its unethical and inhumane.
