    This product cost $150-$250 and fairly new, yet the app will not work on current phones. Most importantly this product is still being sold through reputable companies and their website is live, but their support email bounces back.. are they out of business? If they are out of business and their app isnt compliant with newer phones they need to get these off the market, or update their app in the ****** playstore. (there is literally no way to use this device without the app..) - Airselfie Air Neo. Tried app on ******* S24 ultra (arguably the best phone in the world now), and on ******* A23 a budget phone. I am also in IT so this is not a user error, it works on my older Note 20.

    Late last year I purchased an Air Selfie Neo as a Christmas gift. The product was incredibly difficult to operate and the battery lasted for approximately 2 minutes. This is a selfie drone. You could toss it in the air once, then the battery would die. I communicated with their team via email for a refund. They had me return the product and I had to pay for postage. No refund was provided. I continued to reach out to them and received receipt that the product had been received at their warehouse, but still no refund. Multiple times now they have told me that the refund has been processed and to "check my account in a few days" but no refund has ever come through. I paid $129.95 plus return shipping. I have been in email communication with them since January 2023, and they are still telling me to check my bank account in 3-5 days. It is now October 2023.

    I bought a brand new drone product, Airselfie Neo drone. It worked for approx. 3 days, only to be unable to rebind with the app on my phone and therefor I am not able to use the device. I contacted the company 4 times, first by email, via chat and additional two emails to ask for customer support with their product. I was never contacted or received a response to my email except an automated email stating that my email had been received. I am pretty confident that the issue is firmware related and only the manufacturer would be able to fix the bug in the drone`s firmware. As of right now, I have a nice blue door stop or paperweight. I would like to get the customer support and possibly a warranty replacement as guaranteed by law.

    Like most of the compaints I see here, I ordered this product back in 2019 with promises to be delivered and I have not received anything. Its now been 4 years and I see the product being sold online and in stores at bestbuy. Why am I not receiving my product? I cant get anyone on the phone, this is such bs.     9/16/19 pledged to the AirSelfie ****** crowdfunding campaign. Just like all the other complaints I have received nothing. I found the *** **** on LinkedIn April this year (2022), he told me to send him an InMail and he'd add me to a VIP list to have it sent out to be sooner. May 18, 2022 he asked me for my address and said it would ship next week. Today is July 6 and there's still no sign of it. The biggest frustration is how they are so happy to string along their supporters if they are not just neglecting us altogether. It's very frustrating to see the product sold on Amazon with prime fulfillment and also being reviewed so poorly as this technology is now becoming outdated.

    Order #**** confirmed and credit card charged on July 3, 2020 for $153.91 - have never received product and all requests for a refund have been ignored. I have reached out to Airselfie many times via email and ******** to no avail. On June 23, 2022 customer service agent *********************** stated in an online customer service chat that my request for a refund was approved and I would receive an email confirmation on June 24, 2022 regarding my refund status. No email received and all of my subsequent emails regarding my refund status have gone unanswered.
