    Honestly put a. Order in on April 29th 2020 and it's now December 28th 2023 spent money never received a email.back.or call back just straight silence for almost 4 years this company sells there items on Amazon and makes new products but can even ship out the version 1 that I order 4 years ago but then say we sell them on Amazon and etc but through the site I bought the item from I never got back a refund or item has shipped I even moved in the past 4 years so now my address has changed terrible company I wish they get sued

    I backed the Air Selfie on Indigogo (crowd funding site) and have never received my product. I have contacted the Air Selfie team on multiple occasions through their email. I did receive an email back from customer service one time and I did receive an email back from what I believe was the owner/ceo of the company. Many people on Indigogo also did not receive their backed purchase. At one point ******** said that they could no longer help us (as a backer group) and we will now need to work with the company directly. When I reached out to the company, we were told they could not afford to send out the product to those that backed the project. I continue to reach out to them via email every now and then but they have stopped answering my emails. What makes me irate is the fact that they are still selling the product online and on Amazon yet they would not send out my item. It feels almost like a bait and switch situation.
