    I have a personal domain name that I have had hosted by Everyone.net of *********, ** for several years. I pay an annual fee ... they have my bank information so payment is automatic when it is due, usually in August, I believe. A part of their hosting service includes several (fiv e) mail boxes that I can use myself or parcel out to others. For the past few years I have had none parcelled out, , and have had only one active mailbox for the last couple of years. My user name and password is on file for the service, but I have been unable to access my e-mail since February 1. Everyone.net is not answering direct phone calls, it is not responding to messages, and I am simply hung out to dry. I have had no notices from Everyone.net about service disruption or inability to receive payment. I have no issue securing abnother hositn gservice, but I am told no one else can pick up the hosting without a permission code from Everyone.net, whom I apparently cannot contact by any means. I need my domain name and I need my email. My customer number with ********************** is ********.

    Lost access to email for the 2nd time in 12 months. Reached out to everyone.net web contact with no response. Need to get this resolved.

    I was able to get access after calling the number provided by everyone.net.

    During the porting over of emails last year they had a bunch of issues that resulted in me not receiving access to update my payment information and also not receiving the correct contact information to get it fixed. I also never received any notifications that there was a payment problem, they just shut my email off with no warning. Poor service and poor processes, but it's working again for now.

    I make payment to an email service ************* Several days ago I received a message that my password *** incorrect. When I tried to reset the password, it said to contact customer service. There is no contact information on customer service to speak with our communicate with the company. I searched for a phone number for the company. Every phone number on file is "out of service".

    I lost access to my paid email service on January 1, 2023 (appears to have happened in the early morning hours). Since then I have received invalid user name or password errors both on my mobile devices and while trying to use webmail. When I tried (at least daily) to use the change password feature I receive an error saying that no questions were entered and I need to contact user support.

    I had to ****** user support for everyone.net and can only locate a form to submit to contact support. There is no phone number listed. I have completed two forms and provided by cell phone number and an alternate email for contact. I have no received a response. I need access to my primary personal email account urgently. As soon as possible I will be selecting a different email services provider. But as this was my primary account it is critical to access.

    I stopped receiving emails, and it is impossible to contact the business, the emails to their contact support are undeliverable and their phone number does not work, I need to get this issue resolved ASAP but not able to contact them

    Since January 1, 2023, I have not been able to access any of my email accounts. When I try to log in, I get an error:

    Error! Incorrect email address/password. Please try again.

    I never changed any of my passwords ******* This is not something that I have done, this is something on the that Everyone.net side.

    I need access to my email accounts restored. There is no phone number to call anywhere on the internet, and only a request form that I have submitted twice with no response.

    I have completely lost access to all of my emails for the second time this year. It took several weeks last time to get a resolution. Now, without warning, I am again unable to access any of my emails. This is the worst email hosting service in history. A complete
    Waste of money.

    I am a long standing / paying in advance customer of everyone. Net mail service. Recently i have lost all incomming mail.. Which i reported to ************** At first they told me to contact my host..???.. They are my host and only when i provided proof of still valid payment they raised a ticket.. Its been weeks now and they have not providrd updates when i send request mails.. Automated replies only... They are not taking my loss of service seriously... Surely this is a breach on contract.. ????

    Everyone.net provides our email services. We have never had a problem until Friday Oct 28, 2022. I tried to log in to my email and it kept saying saying "Incorrect email address or password" I double checked my password and it was correct. I also tried to log in to my Broker's email and our other agent's email and it was giving the same message "incorrect email address or password". I tried to log in a few more times over the weekend and kept getting the same error message. Came into work on Monday Oct 31, 2022 went to everyone.net's website and submitted a claim on their website. Still have had no response. There is no number to call. I have submitted another claim on their website. Still no response. I cannot find a number to call anywhere. ******************************** it is imperative to have our emails working.

    We pay *** a year for the email program. ************ bought out *********** ****** was no problem but everyone is constant. No way to get in touch with them. It's been about a year.
