    Rude service and inaccurate information from this company. I had the customer and the court clerk, da office and the public defender explain to this lady who hung up on me I was covered by the 1st offender act not to mention other issues and she wouldnt hear what I was asking and decided to yell and hang ** in my face. I have the recoding of the call for proof. And also when I called back and asked for a supervisor ******* said she was kind of a supervisor and I continued to ask for a supervisor because she couldnt give me straight forward answers so I could properly handle my situation and get them the paperwork that might be needed. I would like a supervisor who knows theyre a supervisor to speak with or an executive about this issue. Its beyond frustrating the difficulty it is to simply speak with someone without being cut off so there is an understanding.
