    I am in total agreeance with the reviews. I was previously vetted to work in a secured environment where all information is checked and double checked however this company is horrible. Any company/agency using them to verify candidates may be missing out on individuals qualified and appropriate for the job they are seeking.

    Absolutely the worst ever. Im having to dig paystubs from an internship in ********* years ago. Literally, provided them with everything, offer letter, emails, contact info and they wait 13 days to ask for a new number. Also, the lost my drug test that I took 6 business days ago. Im supposed to begin my new position this Monday and they havent even gotten the first part done. My start day is delayed now, but I was unable to get a concrete answer as to how long until I start. Their email signature is the complete opposite of what Im experiencing. Quick, easy, and fast or something like that. More like, slow, extremely difficult, and slowing down careers and income. I will never work for a company in my life that uses Orange Tree.Highly recommend to stay far away if possible. Fingers crossed I still have the job based on them calling my previous employers and figuring the drug test out (which they admittedly said its an issue on their end).

    I recently took a volunteer job and the organization used this company for background checks. Their awful screening process returned results that were incorrect. When I disputed the results, they basically told me there was nothing they could do and sometimes social security numbers get entered incorrectly into screening databases. When I escalated the issue, ***, their representative told me that the incorrect results did not compromise my candidate status so I shouldnt worry about it. This is hands down the worst screening company I have ever dealt with.

    I've never had issues with screening companies before. This process has been extremely painful. I am afraid this is not a reputable company to do business with. I had to get clearance for a national security position in the past, and the process was way easier than getting through with this civilian job. No one answers the phone, and no one responds via email. They should be ashamed of themselves.
