Hello, thank you for sharing your concerns. I understand your disappointment when it comes to the seams in your high-quality Berber carpet. Unfortunately, Berber can show seams more distinctly than some alternatives, and while the hope is that these settle over time, improvements may be limited. Juan and Crew2 were amazing. Showed up on time, swept and vacuumed after old carpet removed. Each of 4 team members had a job to do and went to work. Carpet installed professionally and vacuumed after installation. Very efficient! Thank you for a job well done! I highly recommend! Rhonda VCrew2
