I had ordered a water heater to be installed recently and the type of service is lacking in all respects.
The crew2 people are good at misleading you in what they are going to do.

Terrible service had to install 3 different times because they send people that dont know how to install carpet, so the 3rd time was worse then the first 2 not only that but all 3 times sold us defect sour chemical smell carpet, they also sent a guy to our home sick with COVID which we ended up catching! These people are horrible never again will we purchase from homedepot and the manager is very rude she should be fired!! all that we went through for 3 months and we went with carpetland! Picked out carpet in 1 day had it installed in 3 days and only took 3 hours with two men and they did a superb job!Crew2

Arrived on time - work completed fast and professionally. This was a small job - just carpeting and pad for a single room. I was satisfied with the work and could see using this team again for a bigger job.Crew2

This company is a fraud. We paid them and Home Depot and were placed on the schedule only to be told they don’t install on weekends. It has now been over 4 weeks and several contacts later and have been unable to get scheduled and keep getting pushed away. Highly avoid at all costs. Even if this installation, if it ever happens ends up occurring, the hassle it has been to get scheduled is more than enough to justify a one star.Crew2
