My father experienced elder abuse by the ********************************** at Miracle Ear. Called my father OLD over and over again and said he has dementia and kicked him out of his office after 10 min. He said you're not my client and I would never have sold these to you because your OLD. My dad needed help but he continued to berate him with elder abuse terms.. Then he became very angry at my father and words were said in the waiting room. Then I spoke to his boss at Miracle Ear and all she said she could offer was to go to another office. And that what my father and his companion (who was also there and traumatized) experienced was not what she heard from that office and that it was "he said she said"....So she did not hear my side nor care about my side at all. I said how about an apology and she said I'm sorry. I asked if she could email an apology to my father and she said that's not going to happen. Miracle Ears website says we treat you like family. I would not want to be in their family. My dad can barely even tell the difference with Miracle Ear and says it doesn't work. I think it's a sham and to stay far away. Clearly other reviews feel the same way. Very disappointed in this company. I would rate 0 stars if I could.

The connection to control the hearing aids is terrible. I guess they figure old people don't use that feature so they didn't worry about making it work .... the sound quality is bad, and they are way too expensive. I think a less expensive model on Amazon would be a great idea.

My Grandmother has been passed for over 13 years. She has never lived at my address nor has ever had hearing aids. Never have I ever received any documents for her at this address, let alone hand drafted. No one seems to care or know how this happened. From what reviews show it won't stop. How disrespectful and heart wrenching. I will make this a civil matter if needed for emotional distress. What's even worse is they used her nickname and not even her legal name! Absolutely disrespectful!

Miracle ear sent me a coupon for a free hearing test and a coupon for a hearing aid under $600. . After the test they said my hearing wasn't that good and I needed the next size up which was over $6000. Classic bait and switch

This business has an aggressive, inconsiderate, ignorant , and overbearing marketing campaign. My father passed away 4 months ago, and within this time, has received 2 aggressive time sensitive, urgent notice, response requested mailings. 1 to the original homestead address, and now to my address as I am executor for his estate. I Called after the first mailing received, and the ** call center rep was cordial and did take and update their database. However, she informed me, although database update, their third party marketers may not update for a year. I informed this was unacceptable and would report to BBB if we continued to be disrespected by sending solicitations to a deceased person. Now the second ignorant mailing was received at my address on July 2nd. I made second call on 7/3, and after a lengthy review to find my fathers information, finally was told the same as 1st call. Database updated, but can not guarantee the mailings would stop. What kind of company, or should I say outfit is this. If it was of any value or good, it would not need to shot gun mailings attempting to shake down deceased people. The inconsiderate customer service rep said I should just throw away the mailings. From other reviews I see their product expensive. No wonder as they waste money on shot gun pressure marketing schemes. I told rep I did not appreciate the nonchalant and inconsiderate throw away response. I informed if I get a 3rd mailing, I am contacting the 3 investigative news teams to reviewing to expose Miracle-Ear for operating business practices without integrity and sensitivity to customer needs. I ask all to be aware and remain vigilant of this outfit.

{product didn't work as promised.} The factory representative stressed I'd hear sounds I never heard before. After I put deposit down he told us I'd be surprised if they didn't work .

Terrible, Terrible Terrible. Love the hearing aids but when something is wrong with them you have to wait weeks to have someone look at them. You pay the premiums in case something happens to them and can't get them fixed or even looked at. I think we have had 5 different people working in the office over 2 years. My dad has had the same problem

My complaint is high pressure sales and deceitful and dishonest business practices by Miracle Ear.My 86-year-old aunt was having trouble with her hearing aids so she went to Miracle Ear for help. They charge $50 per visit. The specialist suggested new aids and began a sales push and fitted her with new aids and let her try them for one week. At the time of the visit he offered a special promotion of two-year financing at 0% interest with a down payment. It felt rushed, but she agreed and made her down payment. After the week trial she returned to purchase them and was told the promotion had ended so she would not get the 0% interest. I disputed, and contacted his manager and told him it was unprofessional and unethical to change the terms of a sale before it completed. He said he would check into it and call back but did not. The specialist called then and stated they were honoring the 2 year no interest offer. The contract he presented stated interest would be added for the full term at a rate of *****% and would return the interest paid at the end of the 2-year term. That is a very unscrupulous business practice. Many Miracle Ear clients are seniors living on fixed incomes and need to determine how much they can afford in a monthly payment. The entire process was uncomfortably aggressive and an unpleasant experience.
