Biggest waste of money went in to spend $2000 talk me in to spending $8000 been back in forth feels like already 40 times they don't last and refuse to give u a different kind and force you past the return date is what they did to me I will not ever buy from them again and neither should anyoneMiracle-Ear, Inc.

Lied to me about the return policy. Gave me broken hearing aids and did not care. Told me to go home with them. Nothing else. Told me thats just the way I need to accept them. These hearing aids cost me $8,000. They are no better then ****** Brand. In fact ****** is BETTER! They will clean them as many times as needed. You don't even have to make an appointment. WAY MORE CONVENIENT!Miracle-Ear, Inc.

I am disgusted with how they have treated my parents. My father went in and they sold him (after telling him he would have no hearing in one ear) two hearing aids for a crazy amount. They were upset about it that night and indicated this to me that same evening. I told them to cancel the purchase immediately and we would look into it further together. They called the store back and they had closed. So my mother called first thing in the morning and told them they were going to get a second opinion first and the store (Miracle Ear ************** ******************************************************************) made them feel terrible. Told them it was too late and the molds were already made (but couldnt deliver for a few weeks) and no changes to the order. My parents never even had them in their hands and decided to get a second opinion because they werent comfortable with the quick hearing test he was given, but were told that they had to pay for the molds regardless. Then they sent them a letter saying to pay or it was going to collections. On a contract of under 12 hours? This is insane and Id highly suggest you dont trust this company. They ***** the elderly people coming in and do not make any attempt to accommodate. Their requests. Ill be contacting their congressman as well as check posting this all over social media, in hope of warning other people to stay away. Sending my parents to ****** who sounds like they have a much gentler process.Miracle-Ear, Inc.

My complaint still stands with Miracle Ear as they are licensing and condoning all of these complaints by using a flimsy excuse of its a franchise. Yes, a franchise carrying your name and from who you get paid and share in their profits when they practice as a shady entity. I hope every single person who reads these complaints will also contact their local Congress people as large corporations cant simply excuse bad business practices as the responsibility of a local franchise. They have rules they enforce with franchise owners and have the power to insist on resolutions with clients. I will never again suggest Miracle Ear to anyone as they have zero guarantees of who they will evidently be dealing with and no recourse by using a well known brand name. In fact, simply telling people to read the reviews on the company should be enough to show them not to trust this business.Review fromjoseph m

i went to the ****, ****** store. it was like buying a used car. they loved me until i wasn't interested. i have a chronic discharge in my right ear. she kept pushing an IEC aid even after i expressed my disagreement. it is not an acceptable, or reccommended option. the moisture creates a heavy maintainence scenario.after all of this, promised by the invition i received in the mail, the $100 restaurant gift card never materialised. tried to send a message on thier website, they wouldn't let it through. postal fraud?Miracle-Ear, Inc.

I went in for help with tinnitus. After a full exam, they told me I had hearing loss, and tried to sell me hearing aids. No other mention of the tinnitus. I was told if I bought them that day, I would get $2,000 off (pressure sales). I told them I had to think about it, and asked to take the information and results home to think it over. They would not let me take anything home with me. Well, I left anyway without purchasing hearing aids. The next week I went somewhere else for a second opinion. They said my hearing was perfect! Absolutely no need for hearing aids. Miracle Ear is in the business of selling hearing aids. Maybe they are a great product, if you need them. I will never know! My advice, have your exam by a doctor who has nothing to gain. Then you can decide where to buy hearing aids if you REALLY need them!Miracle-Ear, Inc.

When my father first went to miracle-ear, I thought he was taking advantage of. He was sold a pair of hearing as it did not quite work for him and being an old man he just chalked it up to being robbed. Instead of letting these expensive hearing aid sitting in the draw I had been transferred to me and calibrated for my hearing loss. Needless to say he was robbed. There are much better hearing aids out there on the market for less moneyMiracle-Ear, Inc.

Very nice people but awful customer service. If your hearing aids break and need to be returned, you have to either get a loaner pair or live without them while a new pair is shipped to the local office. I can't function at work without my hearing aides and this is the second time in 5 years I have had to return a pair. The loaner models are old and not the same as the new ones you might own and mine did not work properly. Calling the home office does not help they tell you that it will take **** days to evene get a return call from some with the authority to ship a new pair to the local office. If you're going to sell hearing aids that don't last the warranty period you would think that they could make the replacement process easier. Simply awful customer service not to mention the fact that these units do break.Miracle-Ear, Inc.

1 starI went to Miracle Ear in Belleview,Tn. 11/28/22. I need new hearing aids badly. I was supposed to receive a free hearing evaluation, as advertised! The woman who I spoke with immediately started showing their hearing aids and told me which one she thought would be best for me. I told her I couldn't afford any big monthly payments on our budget. I am 81 years old, and she continued to inquire different ways I felt I could finance them. She even went so far as to ask if any of our children could help! This became embarrassing and I was getting upset. I still had not received my "free" hearing evaluation as advertised, so how would she know what I needed? My husband and I had to walk out at this point!!I would never recommend Miracle Ear to anyone! They are advertising something you don't receive plus they will put the pressure on you, even to the point of embarrassment!!*************************Review fromMary Grace L.

CAUTION: Despite the 30 day return policy, there's a restocking fee with Miracle-Ear of 10% or $150 per hearing aid for a total of $300. Either way you loose if it doesn't work out.Miracle-Ear, Inc.
