    HR Simplified committed to provide ********************** services and I have an account, I think the balance is down to a few hundred dollars.I attempted to log in to the website and the login failed several times due to a confusing two step verification process. They advised me to call their phone number ************ for assistance but the number is not in service. All phone numbers referenced on the web site are not in service.I tried emailing customer service but have received no response.

    Hr simplified cancelled my COBRA insurance although they had payment on time verified by their web site. Due to incompetence by them, insurance has not been reinstated. I have seen now paperwork by them that they are taking actions to correct their mistake and reinstate insurance. This is a violation of COBRA DOL policy.

    We have investigated ************************* account and corrected the error. Coverage for both **** and his spouse is now showing active. We contacted **** to confirm that this coverage is restored.

    My employer uses HR Simplified to manage their FSA's. Not once was I notified by HR Simplified of my available funds or reminded to utilize those funds during or post employment. This is not the reason for my compliant but an initial red flag for things to come and a pattern of unethical practices.On December 5th, 2022 I submitted a claim that was past the standard runout period but upon further research was legally within the updated guidelines released by the *** and ********** of ***** related to the Covid-19 Emergency. HR Simplified initially denied this claim with no explanation. I called them directly and asked about the declaration to which they replied they were unaware of the declaration and requested that I research and provide explanation on an appeal to the denial. After multiple calls to the *** and DOL I confirmed that I am well within my legal rights to recoup those funds and they helped me locate the official declaration and some additional resources to submit with the appeal. I submitted the appeal following their requirements and was told that they accepted the claim and it would be paid. After several weeks I called back to get an update and they said that they were no longer going to pay it because my previous employer denied it. I called and emailed my previous employer who also stated they approve paying the claim. I called them back a week after that email was sent to HR Simplified and they said there is a different appeal process and my employer has to call the account executive directly to approve the claim. The company is clearly implementing a practice to avoid paying out claims in hopes that beneficiaries will give up on recouping their funds. This is clear in their BBB rating as well as ****** Reviews. $1,153.86 is the amount that this company legally owes me but is still withholding.
