    I am an employee of a company that uses HR Simplified to administer certain benefits. I have had a couple of questions in the last couple of weeks, and have tried to reach them via the two phone numbers for customer service that I can find. One is the one on this (and their own) website. The other is on the Benefits Card they provided to me. Neither of these is a working phone number. Ugh!! How frustrating is that?

    This company is the worst. I sent in a payment to start my cobra May 15 for a June 1 start date they did not process my check till June 28 in addition I payed my july payment 7-2 As of July 17 my Insurance is still not re activated. After 6 phone calls to them and a very Smart A customer service rep I still dont have Insurance. My Dr ordered test June-7 I cannot get them done Im waiting to get re instated,,Im sick and need the test done they really dont care..

    Stay away. If I ran my company the way, they run their company I would be out of business.Every time I have been to the doctor ******* or Eye doctor there has been an issue.WE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE TILL HR SIMPLIFIED TOOK OVER THE BENEFITS
