      I reached out to multiple companies to help move my family. You Move Me MPLS started off great, they were the only ones to actually call me, they gave me a rough quote over the phone. (****-2200). Then, she even offered to send someone to my home to look at everything and give an "accurate" estimate. Final quote came to $****. Hired. 2/3 through the day, lead came to me and said, hey, this might take an hour or two over what we quoted, it's 300 an hour. I agreed, expecting ***** over the initial ****. End of the day came, he shows me the bill for **** over the initial estimate! 4 hours over the estimated time, and also charged me for mattress bags, when i told them i didnt need anything wrapped.he says he can't help as he's not a manager. I ask to speak to Manager, no one is available. I tell him I expect to hear from one first thing in the morning. I tell him I'll pay once I talk to someone. He says he can't leave until payment is collected. I argue with him a bit more, he assures me someone will call me and make it right. I finally pay. Waited til noon the next day, didn't get any calls. Called in, only got their call center. I tell her I want to speak to a manager, she said someone will call me by the end of the day. Nothing.. I call again, leave a voicemail... next day I cal 3 more times, upset now, telling them a manager needs to call me back ASAP. I get assured someone will contact me. Weeks go by. Nothing. It's been a month and I still can't get a manager to call me back. Days after, I find out multiple things are left of mine at the old property. So now I need to rent a truck, drive an hour there, and back to finish getting all my things. I get there, and the new owners also Point out damage to the floors, and walls caused by the movers that were not there when they did their walk through. As we're unpacking, we find tons of boxes upside-down, on their sides etc,
