4 stars******* knew his stuff. Knew where to look for a clog - from inside the house - that was between house and septic. Cleared it, flushed it, monitored it, and offered to send someone back for camera inspection at no additional fee. Very personable. Neglected to clean the closet floor afterwards, but otherwise very satisfied and will call again for further plumbing needs.Review fromJim K

I can see why Discount Plumbers isnt a member of the BBB. What a scam! I used them for some drain work in the past and was happy and trusted them. I even recommended them over and over. They charged me over $1500 to replace an outdoor spigot, this was not an ****************** was here less than an hour, job was WAY easier than he led me to believe, being a single woman I didnt know - shame on me! They took me for the whole ride. They refunded me a small percentage when I asked for an explanation of my charge. I got a scripted response about Journeyman experience vs a handyman blah, blah, blah. I know services cost money. If I were a plumber, I wouldnt work here - no integrity, gives plumbers a bad rap. I will never call this company again and I urge anyone else to steer clear.

Hello Christine,
We have found our prices range from 25-35% less than our competitors (large local plumbing companies and national franchises) thus the "Discount" in our name. We wish we could charge less for plumbing but the costs of doing business have rose astronomically in recent years. We cannot compete with DIY plumbers subcontracting through big box retailers, unlicensed handy people and/or very small 1-2 person plumbing companies with a much lower cost of doing business.

1 starI would not refer discount plumbers to fix my dog's plumbing they still your parts when they're through I'm advising everybody to make it clear they rob you blind and they're not good at the work when I called back to get the stolen property the former took the supervisor told me there was nothing she could do about it I advise no one to use discount plumbingReview fromNancy P

5 stars****** came early and got our kitchen faucet replaced in less than an hour! He was very cordial and professional and showed that he cared about what he was doing! I recommend this service to anyone!
