  ******* came out to snake drain Broke a different pipe. Going from around $200 now to $2000 because they will take a $1000 off because of the situation. After calling company and next day talking to ******* CEO. First said they won't fix it and that ******* said we told him which pipe. Then ******* said he told us it was a compromised pipe & would break. Which I'm not a plumber, I would not tell him which pipe, especially if it's compromised. ******* a plumber for 8yrs, who lied to his company about situation. I WAS LEFT WITH NO PLUMBING! Finally after few more calls to *******, he admitted to pipe being broken and would send Dame plumber out to fix it but would have to pay $1737. To which I explain I should not have to pay for something their plumber broke. They told me to take what ever action I wanted but they were not going to fix for free. Few more calls later after I had another plumber come out with estimation. ******* said he would send ******* back out to fix broken pipe for free because ******* was at fault but would not pay fee for other plumber. I have zero trust in this company or there ethics.

  Terrible experience. Had them come out to unclog my main drains and the plumber chizeled and broke a pipe that now costs $3k to fix. They kept saying they werent going to fix it because the plumber said we told him to go through the pipe he broke, but that is why I hired a PROFESSIONAL PLUMBER to come do the work. I wouldnt tell them how to do their job, so now instead of fixing it they offered $1k off the bill. After having talked to the *** and office for 2 days they are sending the SAME plumber who broke the pipe to fix it for free. At least they are fixing what they broke for free, but I still dont trust the plumber.

  Charged $810 to replace a shut off valve to outside spigot. Foolishly did not shop around. When the plumber finished the work in 30 minutes, my husband realized he may have just been had. I called two different plumbers for quotes, one said $250, one said $300 tops. I called Discount Plumbers hoping for a refund of at least some of the money. They refused, even after hearing the other plumbers quotes. My old plumber from previous house asked for the name of the company, and when I said Discount Plumbers, he laughed and said, "That is one of those chains that charge flat rates. That's ridiculous."

  We had a small leak in a pipe, which was replaced in no time. The plumber (****) was here for 15 minutes and we were charged $698.00! This was a complete rip-off. When I called to complain, the customer service representative was completely unhelpful. Not only would I never use their services again, I would discourage anyone to use "discount" plumbers either.

  Called for what I thought was a main sewer line issue. He did not just do the job I originally asked for and leave. He took the time to have me explain my issue, checked all the drains and found the real issue was a shower drain. Cleaned that drain and did not charge for any extra over the one drain cleaning and service call. The plumber was friendly and knowledgeable. Their sight is a little shady since it does not mention the $75 service call fee but I assumed there would be one so I wasn’t surprised. All those reading this, assume a minimum charge of $169 for one drain cleaning and service fee.
