    4/27/2024 I had arranged a birthday party for 4/27 at 5:30 pm for my sons 9th birthday. The first thing that happened was their ninja course was down for a week and was only informed that it would still be down during the birthday party after the cancelation period to get my deposit back and 1 whole business day before my party was scheduled. The second incident was when we got there to check in they were allowing another birthday party to check in at the same time mind you the other party started an hour later than mine which cut 30 min into our jump time and skyzone was trying to kick us out after paying $450 for 30 min of jump time. Which was the employees fault due to them checking in a party in the middle of checking us in. I got rudely asked to leave by the closing manager. I will never ever have a skyzone birthday party and will advise everyone that I know to not have their birthday party there. There was also a fight with a teenage child whom was on house arrest and the cops came in the middle of the party.

    While deployed, I was trying to help my husband out by scheduling a birthday party for my son for Feb 8th,2022 this year at sky zone in ******* **. I scheduled the party on Jan 31st, 2022 and all was well. The week of the party my husband and both kids got COVID and was unable to go. My husband called the store and was unable to get a hold of them. He called the customer service number and they told him that they would have a manager call him. 2 weeks later someone called him to try and get it rescheduled and My husband asked for a refund. The employee on the phone said she would have her manager call him with an answer. On 7/28/2022 I received a call from an employee helping out the ** to get things situated and asked for a full refund of ******. She said she would talk to her ** and get back to me to get it taken care of. Today 7/29/2022 i received a call back saying "They don't do refunds" and i would need to reschedule it before August or lose my money.The run around with this company has been Irritating and unorganized. No one seems to know what they can or can not do. I want my money back because I will never go there. There is no other option when scheduling anything there you either use the money or lose it. its a complete scam.
