    I would have gave them a zero didn't have that option. Brought grandchildren They have air fresheners going near the play areas and lockers, that simply Make the whole place perfumey and sickening, thinking that it will cover up body odor. My 5-year-old immediately within 2 minutes put his nose in his shirt and said that it smells so bad. Grandma, can we leave now? this is after we paid. I talked to him. So I asked him and the 10-year-old to wait outside so they didn't have to smell it. Also I could taste it. went and asked him if I could speak to the manager. The manager came out. I explained The situation. The manager replied. I don't smell anything. Another employee pointed out air fresheners which it just made things worse. The manager told me that he would have to talk to his general Manager before he could give us refund. He went into the back, came out and he said no refunds. I asked why he said because that's our policy. I said I don't see any signs posted. Very disrespectfully and rudely he Brought back a notebook slapped it on the counter and said it's in here. I said how is a person supposed to see that before they pay for their tickets. It's not posted any place.he said. I just told you that it's in here And pointed to the notebook. I realized that I wasn't getting anywhere with him and asked to speak to the general manager. The manager repeatedly told me that she was busy. I said well this is Sky zone business and I would like to talk to her. After speaking to the GM she smiled at me and said all I can do is give you these passes We don't give refunds. I said look this was within 2 minutes that my grandson was unable to jump because of the smell. Gm stated that's all I can tell you so you can leave. I said you can call the police. After the police came she gave me back back one play for a very expensive $33. And I have to go through extremes to get the other. Needless to say we won't be going there again. What happened to customer service?

    If you cancel your monthly membership, you might be banned. If you question anything, the cops will be called on you.My husband and I have been long-time attendees of the *****, ** Sky Zone and we've always loved going there. We even had his 30th birthday party at the Sky Zone which was fantastic. In recent years, cleanliness and safety have really gone downhill but we decided to try joining as monthly members for our kiddos anyway. Unfortunately, we learned that cancelling your membership at the ***** can get you banned from ever coming back. When we asked about canceling over the phone, their manager, *******, treated us VERY rudely and hung up on us. We called back ands asked to speak to *******'s manager and he said "I cannot disclose that information" and hung up again. When my husband brought our 3 year old son to use our membership and jump at Sky Zone arrived the next day, he learned that he has been banned from the ***** location which really surprised him. ******* was there and he explained that he ended our membership immediately because my husband was making "threats." Again, ******* was very rude toward my husband and threatened to call the cops if he didn't leave. My husband never made any threats and didn't deserve to be banned. We are shocked by how badly we were treated by Sky Zone staff. Now that I'm reading through other reviews, it seems that management at ***** frequently bans people unexpectedly and frequently calls the police on customers who didn't do anything wrong. We no longer want to support this business.

    Skyzone took my money I took my keys there. I wanted to pay cash but they told me that I had to pay $1 off of my credit card. So I did it. Not thinking that they was gonna continue to charge me money at the mud until I cancel my subscription with them and I asked for my money back. The same day of the next month. And they refuse to give me my money back. Telling me that I needed to contact them 3 days in advance before the next month start. I never even knew I was gonna be charged because I pay cash. They never answer the phone understand as a kid. Trampoline place **** they never answered the phone for the whole day and then the lady told me when I contacted management. She's not giving me my money back and for me to have a good day. I'm very disappointed in them and I would never take my kids there again , not to that one in oakdale
