Order has not been shipped after 2 weeks. I was told all ordered ship between 4-6 days, they are using an excuse of the production facility is new.This is causing me to spend more money to replace what was expected by this order from another company as well as affect my work responsibilities as it is looking like I am not doing my job. I made a purchase pn April 7, 2025 and the item still hasn't shipped. I have sent several emails with no response and have seen comments on the companys instagram stating their orders from even further back haven't shipped either which led me to file this complaintInitial Complaint

I placed an order on march 28 which is a Friday. They emailed me a tracking label on the march 31. Its now been 2 weeks and they still havent shipped it yet. *** requested a refund and they are saying since it has a tracking number they cant. Ordered a product online from Smackin Sunflower Seeds on March 30th. It's been 12 days since I was notified that a shipping label had been created. I reached out directly to the vendor on 4 different forums over the past 4 days trying to gather an update on my order and shipment. They did not bother to respond to any of my inquiries on the all the forum channels (email, customer services, social media, etc.)I finally called the Parcel Delivery (DHL) and I was notified that they never received the shipment on March 31st, after it was illustrated that the label had been created.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with the company. The order detailed 3-4 business days to ship. With 24 hours, I received an email that the order had "shipped". 9 days later, the *** tracking states that the item STILL has not left the facility. It has NOT shipped. I have emailed multiple times and have not received a response. Order was pla ** for their discount** bucket of sunflower seeds 3/22. I receiv** a confirmation email.3/24 i receiv** an email my order had shipp**. Upon reaching out a second time on 3/28, I receiv** a reply that SMACKIN "is in the process of opening a new production and fulfillment factory which has caus** delays in order processing".It has now been 9 business days since my order and the company has offer** no real updates on my order. Went on the Smackin Sunflower Seed website I placed an order for $87. They charge me for my order but never shipped it. The post office told me they never received it. I contacted Smackin by email 3 times with no response. That is the only way to contact them. The post office also told me this is continuous with Smackin that Im not the only customer this has happened to and they believe them to be scammers. I am now out of $87.Initial Complaint

The order was placed on 4/8/23 for $44.95. A confirmation email was sent explaining that the order would be shipped w/in 14 business days. After repeated attempts at contact, the company finally responded saying that theyd ship the sunflower seeds in 5-7 business days. Its been well over 40 days since the original order. Every deadline proposed has been missed by the company. Theyre incredibly slow to respond. I simply want my sunflower seeds or my money back.
