    Hello,

Once the case is awarded *** is responsible for determining what the claimant is owed and processing the payment. *** has a 120 days to pay from the date the case or cases are awarded. The claimant had two cases open one for SSI and one for SSDI, both cases have to be decided prior to *** finalizing the payment amount and payment. The notice of award for the second case was received on 4/8/2025.

Premier Disability does not have any involvement in the payment calculation or processing of the payment. If SSA falls outside of the *** we can assist the claimant with contacting SSA to get status on the payment.

We called Mr. ****** on 4/21 and left him a message with the explanation and have not heard back from him.

I heard these guys online to handle my disability. They did absolutely nothing. I fired them at least three times.I reinstated an old disability and sent in all the necessary paperwork on my own. I hired an attorney in Town to handle it, fired them once again then when my claim was paid, I paid my attorney plus Social Security gave them $7300 that doesnt belong to them, I call beneficiary department to report it I get disconnected every time they give me the runaround Social Security told me this happens often and good luck trying to recoup my money this is not right and it is ******** fraud or I should say its Social Security fraud
