    I had a good experience with them over the time they were representing me...I asked questions and turned in the necessary documents needed and I was approved on the first try....they were also ready to appeal if it was denied for whatever reason.

    Premier disability did absolutely nothing to help get my disability. They conned me into signing some papers. My brother in law did all my work. I tried to fire Premier but they wouldn’t call me back or answer emails. They should be reported or class action brought against them. Horrible law firm and evil greedy people

    I have requested multiple time for them to STOP calling me. They continue to call me daily. I acted like I was interested and was asked if my best contact was the one they had called before they transferred me, the caller stated that number is registered on a Federal do not call list. I said then WHY ARE YOU CALLING ME ON THAT NUMBER? No sufficient response was given. This organization has continually called me almost daily, I feel to the point of harassment.

    Very poor service. They did NOTHING. When I got my last denial, it stated my doctors had not been contacted, that some of my paperwork wasn’t turned in..? I mailed back everything they sent me. Premiere never called me one time, if I spoke to them, it was me calling wondering if they were even doing anything.
    Do not recommend.

    I went to their website and tried starting the process by entering my name, phone number, email, zip code, and birth year just to be automatically denied help. By assuming they go by your age means there's age discrimination. Good luck getting help if you're born after 1990.

    Dear sir (s),
    I looked to your firm for some assistance in a claim with SS. I am disabled and it makes complex tasks almost impossible. I put my trust in your firm in hopes that documents and papers could be handled better than I could do it. Your website looked promising so I stuck it out. Through this 2+years this claim has been going on I’ve felt like I was left in the dark with many things. When I would reach out, I would never get a response. Devon ***** was supposed to be my go-to guy but in 2 years of phone calls and no response to e-mails I guess not. His name is on the bottom of every letter I have received.
    After constantly being ignored, I had to look to my sister (Lori *****) to help me get through all of this. So I filed a Revocation of Appointment of Representative SSA-****-SUP-1 on 10 January 2025. This was sent to you with me having no knowledge that you had already come in and taken your money. I believe everyone should be paid for their services. However, you helped me with nothing. I was struggling to figure out what to do. That is why I asked for your services in the first place. E-mails not answered. I have never even spoken to Devon ****** Multiple letters from Disability Determination L. ******** (14 Mar 24)were sent to your firm. I also sent them to you. Your office received that letter and did nothing. You sent me an e-mail instructing me about keeping timely appointments and turning in paperwork. I did all that months ago on my own. You were 2 steps behind every bit of the process. Your website has a paragraph reading “Why choose Premier Disability.” Those promises, in my case at least, are a completely untrue and a deceptive misrepresentation of what you do. The truth is the truth.
    In light of everything that has happened I am asking as simple, just solution.
    I am asking for a refund of 2.500.00 For the lack of representation with your firm for anything. You keep 5500 for doing absolutely nothing.

    premier disability is very quick to get started with paperwork from SSA. the answer to every question I ever could think of asking even if I thought it was dumb. when I say was dragging their feet or seemingly not taking care of business they put me on hold and called SSA themselves right then.
    I recommended them to two family members and I'll continue to recommend them.

    Horrible company cannot get in touch with them I've tried email phone calls cannot talk to anybody there at all. Wasted over two years of my time was denied twice was coming up for a court appearance appeal and they just withdrew from the case I'm through with these people they're horrible. The way they did me I don't know why they're even in business

    It was a pleasure working with the people at Premiere disability period. they handled my case theater timely response and satisfactory result . I highly recommend them to help you with all your disability concerns. polite, knowledgeable, courteous, and excitedly helped every aspect of my case. the whole time frame from start to finish of me contacting them and me getting paid from SSA was about it just over a year. I am currently on disability still and I highly recommend them to help anybody with their disability problems and dealing with the lawyers and everybody that has to be dealt with.
