    The person behind the desk told my wife in the phone the price to release her vehicle was 255 and 15 dollar charge using a credit card. When we arrived she stated it was 355! Bait and switch pricing.

    Pretty sure they are running some sort of fraudulent scheme over there, they only take cash which is an immediate red flag. The manager told me that I could not get my medication from my car that was towed after sitting somewhere for 4 minutes. I get the towing but it is completely illegal to not allow someone go retrieve medication from a car. They are very lucky that I am tired of dealing with the Minnesota court system. This company is cruel and they have no hearts. Subd. 3a.Retrieval of contents; identification, medicine, and medical equipment. An impound lot operator must allow any registered vehicle owner to retrieve, or must retrieve for the vehicle owner, the following from the impounded vehicle: proof of identification; prescription medicine; and durable medical equipment, including but not limited to wheelchairs, prosthetics, canes, crutches, walkers, and external braces.

    I THINK...... EVERY TOW COMPANY HAS THEIR OWN SPECIFIC TOW GUIDELINES THEY GO BY.... FRANKIE'S TOWING IS AWESOME. I THINK THEY DID A GREAT JOB TOWING MY VEHICLE. THE **** DISPATCHER WAS KIND TO ME. SHE EVEN TOLD ME HAVE A GREAT DAY. SO I'M NOT SURE WHY THESE OTHER REVIEWS ARE SO DAMAGING & FULL OF HATE. ITS NOT THEIR FAULT THAT PEOPLE CANNOT READ SIGNS THAT SAY PERMIT PARKING ONLY!! I KNOW THEY ARE AWESOME AT WHAT THEY DO & WOULD DIFF. REFER THEM TO PEOPLE I KNOW!!

    Truck was towed at 9:56 pm on 7-06-23 due to us being hit and transported to the hospital. We called the next day and was told the cost would be $300 with a release from the police even if we only wanted to get our personal belongings. They were rude over the phone and when we got there we were charged $438.17 ! They even tried to give us $60 back from $500 like we were giving them a tip! The lady got an attitude because we asked for the rest of the change!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM ALL ASPECTS!!

    I WAS TOLD THE ***** WAS ****** AND I ASKED IF I COULD GET MY BELONGINGS OUT THE ****** I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE ****** TOW IN ORDER TO EVEN GET ANYTHING FROM THE ****** I WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT ADDITIONAL FEES TOTALING ******!!! WHEN I WENT INTO FRANKIES AND TOLD THEM I WAS TOLD ****** THEY ASKED WHO TOLD ME THAT!! FRANKIES HAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IS A TOTAL RIP OFF!!! I WILL CONTINUE TO ADD REVIEWS TO HOPEFULLY SAVE SOMEONE ELSE THE DISADVANTAGE OF HAVING TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!! PROFESSIONALISM IS NOT SOMETHING THIS COMPANY IS MADE OF NOR ETHICS!! HAD THE EXPERIENCE HADN'T BEEN SO BAD FROM THE FIRST PHONE CALL I WOULD NOT HAVE EVEN CARED ABOUT THE DOLLAR AND CHANGE BUT AFTER BEING STIFFED FOR AN ADDITONAL ****** THEY WEREN'T GOING TO EVEN BE ABLE TO KEEP A ***** MORE!
